the hotel facilities need some renovation, it feels old. and the breakfast was not good at all.

The room was huge - it actually was a two bedroom apartment with 3 toilets, two bathrooms, kitchen, family room and balcony. With an amazing view to Burj Khalifa and the fountain. 10 min walk from the Dubai mall

The hotel's restaurant was on a smaller side, it wasn't a big deal during my stay since there wasn't that many people around usually. But even despite that I had trouble getting cutlery during breakfasts, and even when I asked someone from the staff to bring the cutlery to me, they never did. A kind woman sitting on the table next to me offered one spare that they had lying on their table. During breakfasts since most of the restaurant is outside lots of birds gather around, and I definitely don't recommend leaving your plate unattended--the birds would be quick to chip some of your food away while you're gone. Food selection is also pretty limited, I would say. So if you're looking for a wide variety it's probably best to look elsewhere Some of the things in the rooms are in small to moderate needs of repairs. For instance, my fridge's door was basically hanging free and it took quite a bit of fixing from the staff to get it working. Another problem my room had is that there was no way to switch between the tap and the shower in the bathroom. They only fixed it on the second day and the day after they did the switch got stuck (the initial tap/crane didn't have the switch in the first place, so they had to replace it)

Friendly and helpful staff, really spacious rooms with everything you could ask for inside. The view to Dubai fountain and Burj Khalifa were really nice too--if you get the room that has it, that is. A bit of a shame there was no balcony available for that option, though. The hotel is in the centre of downtown Dubai, so you can get to anything by foot real fast. Dubai Mall is as close as a 10-minute walk. There's a supermarket just around the corner of the hotel itself if you wanted to make use of kitchens in the rooms and/or just buy some refreshments.

Great hotel in great location near the Dubai Mall (in walking distance) and other local amenities like Spinneys the convenience store (literally next door to the hotel).. Hotel provided a complimentary free shuttle to Dubai Mall, the metro, Kite beach and another location every day at different times which was a great touch.

We had a fountain view room. Unfortunately my wife was hospitalized during our stay and we were not able to enjoy it. The staff were so helpful and accommodating during this difficult period that they made a bad situation a little bit easier to cope with.

Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Dubai Mall. Our room was very spacious with a washing machine & dryer. We enjoyed an amazing view from our balcony of the fountains at night. So stunning. Friendly helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again.

a) the staff (so friendly and hospitable) especially Maricris and Nelia at the reception. They accommodated my request for a room with a view and even exceeded my exoectation - from the room view request, to accommodating my request for early check in and even offered late checkout. I couldn't ask for anything more. They just gave my family the best vacation ever!! The person who handled our luggage (i didn't get his name) was very welcoming and quick with his job. - housekeeping calls us if we needed anything b) The room (we didn't need to leave the room, we can see the burj khalifa and the fountain show from our room!!) was everything and more (2 bedroom each with a bath, a guest bath, laundry, living room and balcony with awesome views) and it was huge, c) location was central to everything especially there is a convenience store right beside it, easy to hail a cab d) the view was just amazing!!!

The room on level 5 was a bit tired and may need a renovation soon, the bedroom airconditioning had sewerage smell when operating overnight (turned it off and just used lounge one on high that did not smell). Would be good to have a dishcloth and tea towel with some detergent in the kitchenette.

Great location as a base to experience Dubai. Helpful and friendly staff, especially the breakfast team. Breakfast was very good with many options available. The room was a good size and bed was firm, the kitchenette and fridge was good for smaller meals. Swimming pool a real bonus and was well used as temps were 40 degrees.

Attention to details must be taken into consideration, for example in the bathroom.. or the furniture. Although the pool is pretty nice, the guy that supervised there was almost sleeping.. bored. Not caring if any person would need towels or some guidance..
