7/10 My kid enjoyed the stay. nice receptionist mohamad& neelam. Except the guest operator (i have to call them 5x or more before they answer & in room dining who keeps dropping & canceling my call!

Overall stay was very we enjoy our stay in Sheraton reception was very friendly specially Sajid he help us a lot and offered free lunch on the last day. Sure we will come back. I really recommend to stay in this hotel. Here you can find great Beach, pool, beautiful gum and very good services.

I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel. The reception staff were welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in. They even upgraded my room and provided complimentary breakfast, which I had forgotten to add when booking. Special thanks to Winie, Sajid, and Mohamad for their exceptional service. The gym facilities are modern and well-maintained. The B Lounge provided a great atmosphere and excellent service. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options and attentive staff. The room had a small balcony, which was a bit inconvenient, and the beach was not quite what I expected. However, overall, it was a nice stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff and amenities.

The valet parking is available and free of charge, however our car was parked outside and it was very hot once it was returned to us. A garage parking would be much better during summer months.

The location of the hotel is very good. The staff was polite and professional. We had a package with breakfast and dinner and the both were very nice. The pool was good and the gym was superb.

First off all thank you to the Sheraton Hotel, we really want to said THANK YOU to HUSNA at the Reception she was so nice and kind with us we hope you all the best in your future 🙏🏾❤️ Our flight arrived very early in the morning the checking was supposed to be at 3pm but she gave us access to the room a soon as we arrived at 8am She also upgraded our room and gave us the breakfast option for 2 days for free !! To be honest it was one of the best welcomes I have received in a hotel we didn’t ask for anything so we really appreciate it The room was clean the breakfast was very good and the staff very kind, i travel a lot and honestly i have nothing wrong to said about this hotel It was only for a transit for our Honeymoon but we really enjoyed thank you again to HUSNA
