The bedrooms were in an A frame style roof, sleeping on the sloping side of the room the bed is too close to the wall and a danger to hit your head.

Kitchen cleaning part of T&C’s: extra charges mentioned. No breakfast ono Dinner menu expensive and popular (cheaper) dishes not available. Not much guiding or local knowledge presented regarding penguins on the tour. Loose pavers outside sliding doors a bit dangerous.

The units could be cleaner, a lot of dirty spots to the walls and carpet. The night penguin tour isn't great, a random staff member just waiting for a penguin to show up, not quite explaining anything in particular about them, might as well go to the beach and look for yourself!

Location and lovely outside area with BBQ, direct access to the beach! Penguins arrive at night time :)

Our apartment had bedroom upstairs and toilet downstairs.Stairs a bit steep.

The penguins come in earlier and there is a separate company that runs the show which is different from what the resort shows. The resort inclusive penguin show is after they are back from the water. Still a good show when you see the penguins in their homes.

We were sold on the concept of seeing the penguins, as advertised in the listing, stu choose this over other chapter options, but the area is closed to guests until the paying tour goes through, so by the time you're allowed in, the penguins are settled for the night and at best you can spot one or two in the conservation area run by a conservation group. No bedside tables or milk in the unit.

The location is superb and the beach was gorgeous. Its a lovely little town. Beds were comfy (except the sofa bed lol, but it's a sofa bed!), and it was clean.

Restaurant was average. Food was just OK and service was slow. Needs to be better cleaned. Resort looks tired and needs updating.

Great location with private beach and access to island off shore. Fairy penguins on site are a bonus. Top floor apartments have a great view over water.

Rooms were getting slow makeover by the looks of things but no bedside tables in bedrooms, no extra rugs or cushions. Penguins were freaked out by the number of people watching them.

The property was right next to the beach, pool was chilly.

The only disappointing thing was we only saw one lonely distant penguin at the penguin show. I know the penguins aren't guaranteed, but it was a bit disappointing.

The location was right on the beach and immediately adjacent to the causeway out to the island. The apartment was nicely appointed and had everything you need.

Not the fault of the hotel, but unfortunately we did not get to spot any little penguin the night I was there (no blame here, just an information).

The personel was very friendly. The park is nice to enjoy a relaxing place. The location is also great to travel around the eastern coast of Tasmania and visit the Bay of Fires or Freycinet National Park.

Loved the ocean, nice little walk to the beach. Good location Bath had a spa, not sure it it worked or not, we didn't use it.

It's a pity we didn't see the penguin.

It's like an apartment. The ground floor we have kitchen, living room and a toilet. The first floor we have one bathroom and one bedroom which are so nice. And just park your car in front of the building. We even see many wallabies outside the building. Everyday there would be the penguin tour at night and just check from the reception.
