Pool was cold and spa pool was cool. Did not like the pillows there were too fat.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Location was excellent right in the middle of Chinatown next to the light rail. Plenty of food choice’s near by.

The sauna was not hot enough. The swimming pool was cold. The tea and coffee pods could have been replenished daily. The TV settings were confusing and I didnt have a picture on some channels.

Excellent location for trams, buses and visiting museums, iconic locations, parks, shops and food. The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed for a secure, peaceful and enjoyable visit.

Lack of instruction manuals for appliances ie dish washer , microwave and washer dryer. . We had to google the make and models. TV very basic no extra tv streaming channels. Unable to purchase the pillows Meriton advertise unless we had them delivered to home at an unreasonable expense.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable, the suite was spotlessly clean , location was great , close to public transport , also close enough to walk to Circular Quay. Loads of Eateries , Coles supermarket round the corner. Excellent

The system hangs when we were checking in resulting in longer wait time.

It was very comfortable and everything was provided from pot and pans, to cooking utensils, chopping board, dishwashing sponge and detergent, laundry detergent and salt and pepper. The location was very convenient and accessible. Would definitely choose Meriton suites again the next time I am back in Aussie 😊💯

Bit cool in the room so I put the air conditioner on to warm up a bit. But the vents looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years -thought it safer to turn it off.

Had to ask for washing powder coffee more wash gel etc no clear instructions on tv channels so unable to get all channels or working dishwasher not able to start it etc. After travelling and tired easier access to things is important Had to call for assistance and they did provide very quickly after asking.

The bed was so comfortable, a definite highlight! I had a spacious studio room with a full size fridge, kitchenette and large lounge area. The location is superb - literally 1 minute from Chinatown light rail station, and a few minutes walk to Central.

Scent coming thru the air con, unnecessary and caused my asthma to go off. King bed had a single duvet sideways which didn't cover us. Poor layout in bathroom.

Dishwater was difficult to use as buttons were broken.

Location is excellent. Near the central station and beside a tram stop and about thirty minute walk to the harbour. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Bed comfortable.

That fact that there was no restaurant in the hotel, especially for breakfast, and Dinner. There was no skim milk for hot drinks
