Went to reception to book an extra night for the Saturday was told was all good. Saturday morning a staff member came into room and told us to leave and charged me a late check out of $40 she was rude and arrogant but not as rude as the young male receptionist. Will highly likely never be back. Have always had good experiences there not this time.

The apartment needs a bit of a bathroom update with separate shower.

The rooms are quite dated, especially the bathroom and kitchen, and only have 2 seater couches which is a bit uncomfortable when you have 4 guests staying. Having the shower over the bath wasn't ideal. Also the lifts were so slow! The TV was hard to use and didn't have great on demand choices. We also weren't able to use the apps (Netflix etc) but this wasn't a huge deal as we just wanted something to watch before bed.

We had 2x 2 bedroom apartments right next door to each other. The apartments were huge and had a lot of space. They were clean and comfortable and had all the cutlery, crockery and glassware that we needed. The beds were really comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus and came in handy. The pool is shallow but we managed to have a nice, quick dip then spent some time in the hot tub which was relaxing. The huge grass area near the pool was great for the kids to run around on. The location is fantastic and is within easy walking distance to the Strand shopping centre, has heaps of restaurants close by and is literally across the road from the beach. We parked at the hotel and had no issue with finding spots for our cars. The carpark was surprisingly roomy. I would definitely stay here again as I found it to be great value for money but it is a bit older and dated now.

most of reception staff had accents and when other visitor were walking through foyer with Trolleys on the Tiles it was very had to hear and Interpret what instruction that was given such as parking, room, floor ect

The curtains were too small for the windows so bright street lights lit up the room at night. The ceiling fan made an annoying sound, and there was a repetitive clicking sound coming from next door during the night which woks us up, possibly their ceiling fan

The apartment was well equipped comfortable clean and nice. Pool was lovely, staff very helpful.

The apartment was laid out brilliantly but the rooms were very tired and in desperate need of a paint job. Also not sure how good of a clean they had from the previous people as the bench tops had makeup on them in the bathroom

They advertise Wifi and we have stayed there twice and now both times there was no Wifi.

Room was less than ideal being in the corner facing the non-beach side street and so noisy we couldn’t enjoy sitting outdoors on the balcony.

We love the pool and proximity to the beach, surf club, and cafes. The bed was so comfy and the unit was super clean. Staff were awesome.

The room was not what I expected cleanliness was an issue. The freezer was chock full of frosted ice it had clearly not been checked for a long time. The fridge was mouldy. This made me feel like everything may not have been cleaned properly.. the drinking glasses were unclean ... there was other people's hair in the bath tub... one of the staff on departure was not helpful at all she was not focused and made me feel like she didn't care ... she left an elderly lady mid sentence to take care of the delivery of a mower... the other staff member perfusly apologised and I felt that he was a bit embarrassed at the service we recieved

I love the location... and being able to see the beach... so many cafes and coffee shops so close handy... staff on arrival were lovely

The hairdryer in Room 463 just needs to be fixed to the wall.

Location is perfect. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was lovely with a beautiful big King Bed. The only thing that didn't turn on was the weather! Still, we had a lovely afternoon and morning of sunshine. Will be back. 🤗
