Positive section of review
Very nice apartment. Big, well equipped kitchen with an induction hob, microwave and fridge freezer plus breakfast dining area. exceptionally well stocked with pans, crockery plus even things like plastic containers for food storage (or taking with you on a trip out I guess) There's a big emphasis on sustainability and recycling which I really liked. Everything looks quite expensive and plush. Very comfortable massive bed, big telly etc etc. Lots of cupboard space. The complex itself is a lovely art-deco building and handily has a well-stocked supermarket downstairs. Also a bar and at the back, a coffee shop. It's within easy walking distance of the city centre and also very near the sea swimming pool. You can also take the tram (tram 4) into the centre. The neighbourhood is pleasant and fine to walk around at night (although this is Finland so that pretty much applies everywhere anyway) Good value for money for what you're getting.

This probably won't bother most people - but you can't open the windows. It's one of those climate controlled buildings, But the air con didn't go down to a temperature I find comfortable, particularly at night.

1. Location: There are multiple tram and bus lines next to the apartment, going to the city center as well as other areas of the city. 2. Personelle: Johanna is pretty helpful and friendly. She answered all the questions in a timely manner. 3. Equipment: The apartment has all kinds of equipment/daily goods, just like home. Especially, the coffee machine makes really delicious coffee.

1. The windows have a weak sound block. Occasionally, we could hear the cars and trams from outside. 2. The bathroom has from time to time a bad smell from unknown sources.

Attractive traditional old wooden house right by the harbour. The rooms are small but done up in a light, airy fashion with a pleasant feel to them. Good location near to restaurants and the beach. Reasonable buffet breakfast in a spacious and sunny dining room which also serves as a cafe in summer.

There was nothing to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room and no common kitchen or area where you could do that either. The floor in the bathroom area had been badly laid so that much of the water from the shower flowed away from it and into the rest of the room rather than towards the drain. I think for the price this could have been better.

The host was excellent and communicative for any issues. The instructions provided to find the property/check-in to the property were easy to follow, making the process easier. There is a lift available in the building - which, given that the flat is on the 4th floor - was very much appreciated!

Modern, lovely modern minimalist designs. Clean and very comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location for city sights and boat trips. Near to station for return to airport. Great use of bikes to see more of the city.

Dirty apartment with a lot of dust.All rooms were dusty the mirrors in the toilet were dirty too. The bathroom cabin had no door and was replaced with a curtain that was also dirty.
