The minimal service expected for this price was not existant. Although iText to say we were ob the ferry, no one started A/c, si rooms were very hot ar arrival. The buffet is more made for the owners family and staff than for guests who are ignored The next day, they provided Nescafe. With the decrease of tourists in Bantayan as it takes 7 hours from CEB airport, I am surprised that tourists are taken for granted and very little effort is made to make their stay enjoyable. This place could be great if properly managed.

The owner of this property was very inconsiderate with their customers. I was not able to use the property as I complain of faulty air conditioning as it was making a noise, which made me feel that anytime it would explode. Yet, they still charged me the same rate of 8hrs wherein I only stayed for 1.5 hours. Bad customer service. I also wanted to cancel 2 nights of advance booking, and yet they refused to refund me. Just don't book on this facility! WASTE OF MONEY! Too bad, I forgot to take photos of this small dirty room.

No hot shower says on booking free swimming pool after I paid it said only 2 guest free but I paid & booked for 4 the bathroom sink was blocked I had to clean it out
