Clean and spacious apartment at the Nam I.P. Pavlova, great location. Quite room with double layers of the windows. I find everything that I need inside the apartment.

In the morning quite noisy as our room facing backyard where supply arrive for other shops. No AC will be warm in summer.

The photos are a bit misleading. There are 2 rooms, one room with sofa and one room with a double bed and a single bed. On the photos it seems that there is a second floor and there is a small separate room with a single bed. In reality, the stairs lead to the terrace and the single bed is in the same bedroom as a double room.

The flat was very clean. Everything was available. It is modernly furnished. The beds were comfortable (not sure about the sofa)

Nobody changed the towels and cleaned the room in 3 days.

The room was spotless, with beautiful views of the city. Room was well equipped, including great lighting. The bed was one of the most comfy beds we had ever slept on. Central to public transport which you could hear but didn’t impact sleep at all. Lovely staff. Definitely recommend and will be back.

The only thing that we were missing was a good Way to make coffe and I’d encourage Downtown Suites to maybe add a coffee machine.

The residence is on walking distance from the historic centre and in our opinion, one of the best spots to discover Prague from. The V building faces a quiet street. and on the third floor was very quiet. The accomodation is very new and very clean. The information about the Way to check in and out withot contact was clear and easy to understand.

Small point : Kitchen could have had some basic supplies (Salt, oil, etc)

Clean and new-like rooms with a working kitchenette and accessories, friendly staff who facilitated our check-in ~1 hour before official check-in time, large Lift without the need to take any stairs (we had baby stroller), 2 mins walk to IP Pavlova tram station - overall a great stay!

For me everything was good. My window was right above a tram station, which could be a noise problem for others. However there are also rooms to the back yard and a second building towards a small street.

Very clean and modern. They even provide plates and cutlery in the simple double room.

Perfect, centrally located apartment that has everything you need for a short stay. Bonus is that there is reception, so I managed to check-in early (for an additional fee) and you can get coffee / water from there.

Everything from the reception, the location, the cleanliness of the building and the apartement the bath, living and bedroom. Very friendly staff as well. I will absolutely come back whenever I am in Prague!

It's hard to find parking on the street, even to park for 5 mins. Parking is very expensive at hotel. There is no coffee maker in the kitchen. Price could be a bit lower. Check-in instruction is a bit complicated.

Very food and warm place. Didn't hear any noise outside. We found everything we need. 7 mins walk to the city center.
