My check-in experience, though brief and efficient, was quite cold and impersonal, based on the personality of the particular staff person who checked me in. She was not particularly helpful when I had a problem with the drop-off parking rules, but her colleague, who came on duty after her shift, was much more understanding and helpful and got my charge for parking credited back to my account upon check-out the next morning.

The room on the second floor was comfortable and quiet. The hotel has an elevator, which was a welcome experience, after lugging my bags up many flights of stairs in older hotels around Europe. It is also conveniently located to Prague airport, and if the weather is good, as it was when I stayed there, you can actually roll your bags and walk about ten minutes to the international Terminal 2 to check in for your flight. Otherwise you can take a shuttle bus.

Didn’t have the slippers and shower hat in the room , the house keeper might forget? It’s a bit over priced compared to other Prague hotels.

Water bottles are very cheap, and I expected to see one per person in the refrigerator, not only one bottle per room.

The room was clean. We chose this hottle due to having an early flight and the availability of the shuttle.

Shuttle can only fit five people, and there only seems to be one car. Front desk staff seemed incredulous that I’d want to book a shuttle though, saying the airport was only a six minute walk away, not taking into consideration that I was traveling with elderly parents and a lot of luggage. FWIW, the walk to T2 is about 10-15minutes, T1 is about 8 minutes. I ended up having to call for a taxi on my own since the front desk didn’t want to help me find alternative transportation.

Short walk to the airport. The hotel restaurant and staff were incredible—as good as taking an Uber into downtown Prague for a great dinner.

The total lack of help from staff in getting our 2 large bags and 2 carry-on bags to our room on arrival. Nobody offered any help and it was not easy for me (77 year-old man) and my wife (68) with a serious shoulder injury to cope. Likewise, getting our bags down to the foyer on departure was a struggle; once again no help offered. Further, I had to ask for help to get our bags to the shuttle bus on departure. I knew the shuttle bus would cost us a small fee but it was still annoying. The shutle bus ride itself was very good.

Proximity to Prague airport was excellent. No noise from aeroplanes, which was great. Very competitive pricing.

The staff were not terribly helpful with information about bus transport into Prague. The last time I stayed at this hotel they had tickets for the bus into town at the front desk, and gave good directions for catching the bus. There was also a 3 euro charge for taking the shuttle from the hotel to the airport.

The room was comfortable and had suficient outlets for my elecctronics. The kettle and coffee/tea were good to have in the room. I had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was quite good.

The hotel arranged for a taxi service to the city which turned out a little more expensive that we expected. We should have booked ourselves a one instead.

the hotel is within walking distance from the terminal so we had a nice walk. They even sent directions in advance. the staff were all very nice and professional. Check in and Check out were very fast and they were nice enough to arrange for coffee in the morning. We had a late night snack at the bar which was tasty.

Location of the elevators was a bit strange (outside on a verandah) but not a problem once you knew.

I walked between the terminal and the hotel. It took about ten minutes. The hotel was everything you would expect and there was no disturbance from air traffic. Because my flight was a mid-morning one I did not have breakfast at the hotel.

The staff were lovely, especially the lady in reception who spent ages trying, and succeeding, to find me an IPhone charger. Room clean. Breakfast lovely. Short walk or shuttle from airport
