Loved the air conditioning in the room making it a comfortable nights sleep. Good choice of food for breakfast and main square a short walk away with plenty of pubs. Restaurants and shops for everything you’d want.

Some of the staff seemed visibly irritated when asked a question/request (luckily it happened only twice over a course of six days). On our last day we found an animal parasite on the wall. The front office desk staff were nonchalant about it. That attitude was a bit off-putting, especially since we do not know if there were any others which we might inadvertently carry home.

Loved the location and the overall feeling of safety, especially when we got in late at night.

There was not a big selection for those persons who are used to having an English breakfast.

The hotel staff is very helpful and the hotel is very close to the centre, shops and restaurants.

A significant drawback was the lack of stroller accessibility. There's no easy way to enter the hotel without lifting the stroller, which posed a considerable inconvenience. Moreover, the elevator was out of service one day, requiring a challenging carry to the second floor. These issues mark a notable disadvantage for those with young children or mobility concerns.

Located ideally for those keen on exploring the city by foot, this hotel offers a decent start with an adequate breakfast. The room cleanliness and setup were particularly suitable for our family, accommodating the needs of traveling with a 2-year-old well. While not lavish, it's a solid choice for travelers prioritizing location and simplicity.

Air conditioner was not working and our windows opened only a crack so room was still warm. The window also faced the breakfast area so it was warm AND dark. Breakfast can also get very crowded with long lines at the short buffet table.

The wardrobes were really annoying and wouldn’t close properly we could hear other rooms having the same problem having to bang them shut.

Finding the room was a bit confusing as the room numbers are written on the ceiling. The rooms were a bit warm and we couldn't figure out how to change it.

some staff do not speak English and are not that friendly, eg staff providing breakfast. On the contrary reception staff was friendly, English speaking and helpful. At the last night there was an electricity shortcut in some rooms, including ours, from about midnight to morning. Only on demand reception issued information. We had an early check out and preparing yourself in the dark was not that enjoyable. Management did not react at all and did not provide anything in exchange of the damage.

The pillows were super thin and soft, made the bed quite uncomfortable, but OK for a couple of days. Didn’t ask whether it’s possible to get extra/alternatives, so could be that they have a solution, too.

Friendly and helpful staff, we got a nice map of Prague and pointers about where to go, which were very helpful. Awesome location, great breakfast (ps! not a super extensive selection for vegans/vegetarians tho). One day we had to leave before the breakfast starts (7.30am) and asked for a breakfast box, which was basic, but nice of them to give us something anyway. Our room was cleaned every day during our short stay, which we didn’t expect, but appreciated a lot.

Really nothing that I didn't like, but if I must mention a something, note that they are personal preferences and not a problem with the hotel. Firstly, I prefer a separate shower and not a shower over the bath; they are always a hazard to get out of without slipping. Secondly, there was ample supply of shampoo, and body lotion, but no conditioner. Perhaps it was a shampoo and conditioner combined but it didn't indicate it.

The location was perfect for access to the old town and a great shopping mall. It was an easy walk from Central Station, even with two bags. The room was a good size and very clean and had everything I needed. Nice breakfast indeed. Last, but not least, Victoria on reception was amazing. Mr Manager, she deserves a raise. Thanks Victoria for making my time there even the better.
