Great location right in the heart of Old Orleans and right on the Loire cycle path. Very friendly and helpful staff, greeted us with a cool glass of water and helped us put our bikes in safe storage. Lovely decoration and great facilties.

My wife hoped for a bath in the room and the staff gave the people before check out a complimentary drink when it was our turn to check out there were no extras.

Friendly staff when we arrived, beautiful building, nice room. The view of the Loire was beautiful and the center of Orleans was within walking distance.

We were sorry to see the quality of the breakfast had very much declined. Stale pastries, dried up eggs, old meat. Perhaps it was a one off during our stay.

A hotel we have used on many occasions noticeable for its excellent staff, great location and pleasant rooms.

The bathroom was a bit strange. Not being fully separated from the bedroom was embarrassing from a noise perspective. The designer tried to be too clever by half.

It’s a spa hotel but the Haman was out of order (a previous user had broken the door). The jacuzzi never heated up despite efforts from a helpful manager. The sauna was perfect. However, one expects a full spa given the room prices or compensation.

The hotel is on the banks of the Loire, close to the old centre and a brisk 6-minute walk to the breathtakingly beautiful medieval cathedral and the grand mansions that contrast with the smaller but still handsome working-class houses of the old town. My 2nd-floor double room gave me fine views of the nearby bridge and was well-appointed with stylish lighting; practical bathroom (shower; no bath) and toilet; kettle and teabags (including fruit teas), coffee-pod machine (tastes staler than instant coffee). Cycle parking, in a big, locked garage about 30m away, was excellent. They were capped when a personal fiasco was averted, thanks to the tireless help of the receptionist on duty at the time. The French are often helpful to people in distress: Marin went further even than most.

The location is very central and opposite the river. Parking is not available on-site but is available close to the hotel for a fee. The staff were excellent and the rooms comfortable

The shower took a long time to heat up and when you use it water runs everywhere through the bathroom. The bedside lights didn't work and the sofa bed upholstery was torn in several places. It just felt a little unloved and tired needed some TLC.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was ok. Location great. We had a suite that was aesthetically good but not well maintained or practical. A little more attention to detail from the management would easily bring this place back as the staff are the good foundation.

Boutique hotel in the centre of Orleans next to the Loire. Nicely appointed with a breakfast room but not a full restaurant. Plenty of choice nearby however . Staff are super friendly

Had an amazing experience. Booked the room with view over the river. Extremely clean, very nice rooms, bar opened until 00.00 with great cocktails and best of all, great personell. Very nice, speak perfect english and are very helpful! If you go to Orléans, this is a perfect place to stay. Good location as well.

Really nothing negative,

As with our previous visits the check in was smooth and the staff were polite and attentive and our roof was very comfortable and quiet. We ate in the bar and enjoyed the meal, one small issue which we have addressed separately with the manager but it did not detract from our enjoyment of the evening. Breakfast was very good and overall our stay was a success.
