It would be good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room or even a little fridge. Towels and bins were changed daily along with a bathroom clean, but the floors didn’t seem to be swept/cleaned.

The location of this hotel is ideal, just two minutes walk into the heart of the city with all its shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. Having a lovely garden to relax in at the end of the day was a big plus - I loved the egg chair!

The room was small but that was expected. I sacrificed size for location and ease. The property did have a wonderful outdoor patio/garden.

Baptiste! He made us feel very welcome upon arrival and gave us wonderful suggestions. The location could not be beat and I would totally stay here again.

It would be nice to have a little bit more fluffy towels, and the bedrooms could have a little bit more design/decoration, but I don't complain too much because overall, great cost performance!

The hotel has been renewed, so the room and facilities were new and clean. There is a gorgeous garden where you can have your breakfast. The staff was super nice and helpful, thank you!

Small imperfections as to cleanliness, a used paper cup amongst the clean ones was grouse, but the overall cleanliness was good, so this was probably a one time accident.

It was quite loud in the evening - could hear people walking around the hall and talking in their rooms (the doors/walls were not exactly soundproof). We didn’t mind but that there was no elevator. The water pressure in the shower was at times too low to use (but got fixed after a couple of minutes).

Cozy hotel with cordial staff and very nice location. Breakfast is served in a nice garden. Comfy beds and a nice, clean bathroom.

There was no refrigerator to keep our bottled water cold.

The staff especially Baptiste went above and beyond to help us with our travel needs. From the time we arrived to time we left, he was most accommodating. The hotel was centrally located and most historical or places to visit are within walking distance. The place was clean and smelled clean.
