No wifi in our area of accommodation. The swimming pool is being constructed and not in use which we were not made aware of on their booking.com descriptive. No hot food on site for meals other than breakfast buffet. The so called view from our room was only visible if our door was open (heavy fire door). There os one small window but it opens inwards over one of the beds. This made the room very dark. View from other side of room was a small window in bathroom at head height so could not leave open when room in use. Shower unit had no cabinet/curtain so showering soaked the floor. Air conditioning not very effective and noisy.

Having a quiet location. Plenty secure parking with reception covered 24 hours. Lifts in the accommodation each end of flats (we were 3rd floor).

Little bit in the middle of nowhere, need 20 minutes to reach Aix.

New "young" structure for workers of the technology area. It is clean and very well organised. Free locked parking.

Hotels private taxi was very expensive, over twice the price of an Uber, which we didn’t know until after the journey !! Also no safe in the room

The restaurant was not open - we arrived in the evening after a long drive and had to drive into Aix-en-Provence which is quite a long way away under the circumstances. Couldn't find anywhere to eat in time (since the places all close so early) and were very lucky to come upon a small, expensive all-night grocery outlet where there was a limited selection of cheese and crackers for our dinner.

The hotel is in a lovely natural location with a beautiful outlook.

Quite a number of mosquitoes as it’s in a nature park. The pool floor is slimy as they have not cleaned it for a long time despite the creepy crawly (vacuum) being in the pool when we swam. The restaurant is not open for lunch and dinner so you need to find something outside.

It’s spacious and modern. We had a family room with 2 double beds and it was clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities and a coffee machine and little fridge provided. It’s in a business district outside of the centre of Aix en Provence so you need a car. Secure and free parking available.

The door to my room kept getting blocked every now and them but the staff was always present and very helpful to help me out. int the end they even offered me a spare key that I can use in case the door gets stuck again :)

Th ability to go to the Gym in the morning and shoot some basketball hoops in the afternoon was great.

I know that the hotel is in the nature, but there were two big spiders in the room. Room was very simple for the price. Was staying in better place for the same price.

When we arrived one of the two rooms was not cleaned. The cleaner had left and there was no similar room available to accomodate our family, so we got a smaller room for the first night on the other side of the resort and we slept with 5 ppl in 2 beds. Thankfully the next day we got the first night refunded.

Great breakfast! Pretty, peaceful location with good facilities. There is even a washer and dryer for guests on-site which was great for a family like ours. The room was very clean and pretty.

The only window is close to the bed and opening to the corridor connecting the rooms, i.e. air conditioning is mandatory over night. Room prices offered for extending the stay are much higher than booking.com rates. Standard rates are acceptable for events, but not competitive for individual stay.

Staff is very kind and helpful, especially at the breakfast. Regular rooms are small, but very well designed, i.e. they feel much larger. A real closet a spacious and usable desk and a comfy bathroom. Great and clean rooms. Breakfast is great value with plenty of options. A beautiful location with excellent opportunities for hiking or running around the hotel. Plenty of space in the hotel area with outdoor sport activities, gym, etc.

It’s a pity that rooms have such small windows. It would be nice to enjoy the view from the room. I arrived on Sunday evening and options for eating was limited to a pizza take away. Just be aware.

The location is amazing, very quiet and you are being surrounded by nature. Rooms have a nice design.

Location was quite a drive to town. Not suitable if you do not have a car.

Facilities were very good. Rooms were a good size, air-conditioned, laundry facilities on-site. A good place to stay for a couple of days to relax - weekends are best as this is a corporate type facility during the week.

There was some trouble with the doorlock that was not handled very adequately at first. It meant frequent walks to the reception desk 200 metres away and also no cleaning for a couple of days, because the cleaners could not enter.

We had a very stylish and roomy studio with a balcony. The optional breakfast in restaurant on the premises was excellent. Sound-insulaton of the studios was good. the room could be heated and cooled and the overal experience was peaceful. Aix city centre is just 15 minutes by car an there is shopping centre even closer.
