Excessive amount of hurdles with a 3rd party app for deposit and non refundable administration fee. Apartment didn't have salt/pepper on hand. Instructions for finding the alley wasnt very well communicated. Once found, we noticed there were homeless people sleeping in tents. Only having one fob and key to the apartment is not really convenient if guests are not leaving/returning together.

Very good central location close to City Hall. Apartment clean and fresh, with comfortable beds. Entrance courtyard is off lane between Alfred and Adelaide Street and our outlook was west facing onto Adelaide Street. Communication was straightforward and admin staff pleasant and helpful.

The shower curtain needs to be better cleaned. In one of the ooms ( the one without a bathroom) the pillow had two pillowcases and one was dirty and smelt of use. Instead replacing the dirty pillowcase with a clean one, one was put inside the other.

There were a couple on minor housekeeping issues, and I know these things do happen. The area where the lockboxes are located, outside the building, is a horrendous mess. It's not this host's fault. But one person with 20 minutes and a trash can could clean this up.

We really enjoyed this apartment. It is very comfortable and has a great location. As a family of 5, having 2 bathrooms was great. The furnishings are nice, the kitchen is great and the beds were comfortable. Neighbors were very quiet. After a couple of minor housekeeping issues, the host was very responsive and made everything right. We would stay there again. Belfast is safe and wonderful and everything you want to see is very accessible from here.

Wonderful location in Belfast. Three blocks to Victoria Square and downtown shopping! Restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. A very well appointed flat with room for our family to host guests, and the free parking spot was very useful.

The mattress in the 2nd room needed to be replaced, it was damaged & not comfortable for 2 people to sleep on. But everything else was good. Some small things to note: - There was a srong smell from the defusers in the living area (might be too much if you are sensitive to smells) - I didn't realize there was also a security deposit to be paid via a link after booking: but it worked ok.

Great location, nice apartment. Parking is secure. Good instructions provided to find the place. We only stayed one night so didn't use the kitchen or anything.

Beautiful apartment, ideally situated.. spotless inside and everything you could possibly need for a short stay. Really comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony with seats outside.. Host was brilliant and kept in contact with check in details, which were easy to follow instructions..very helpful and friendly.. Perfect 10/10..would definitely stay again!

We were placed in an alternate accommodation because the one were originally booked had a roof leak and the host contacted us the day before to offer us a swap.

Extremely noisy as the windows do not insulate at all from the noise outside! We had drunken people until the early hours of the morning outside and beeping cars, so couldn't sleep until 3-4am. The property needs to be slightly renovated as it is showing signs of wear and tear as bits are coming off: door handle of the living room would come off if you close the door, curtain rail in the living room would come off when you pull the curtain across as the curtain is too small for where the middle bracket has been positioned and no tea towels.

The property is very central, only a small walk to City Hall and to get to the "Hop on, Hop Off" bus tour. Gated parking is nice because your car is both protected and off-street. The beds are quite comfortable and nearly everything that you need is available in the property (washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, towels (although no tea- towels provided) etc).
