We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Good single rooms are hard to come by and this was perfect for me. I have a severe nut allergy so it was essential that the room was clean as well as comfortable and it fitted the bill perfectly. I would be more than happy to recommend Fosters and the hosts were just lovely ( even allowed me to drop my luggage in early).
