The room was freezing on arrival and took a few hours to get warm. A little more room next to the bed on the window side needed, as it was difficult to get into bed from that side. A small mirror over the kettle area, where the plugs are, so you can see to dry your hair.

Clean hotel and room, good location, decent breakfast, great coffee machines, large bed, bedroom and wet room and plenty of free parking. Comfy public bar and lounge area.

It is getting quite expensive at this property (I stay regularly on visits to family) and I don't really understand the nightly rates. My daughter booked a room for a couple of nights as there was a gas leak at home and the Saturday night price was eye-watering. I would have thought for an empty room at the last minute the price would be lower...

Comfy bed. Quiet room. Ample breakfast included. Parking a doddle.

The hotel is far away from centre of Cambridge but this didn't bother us because we knew it already.

On the second evening of my daughter's stay, she asked for 3 additional towels for her and the children. She was challenged quite unpolitely as to why 3 towels. This is not the way to be treated by staff.

It would make my day better if the check in time is a bit earlier. I had to drive to the city for lunch and come back for check in in the afternoon. There's not much around the hotel, like resturants or places to visit.

The hotel looks very new and the rooms are well furnished. The bed and pillow are super comfortable. The hotel is right next to the highway with big parking area, which makes it ideal if you're traveling by car. It is also only 15-20mins away from central Cambridge.

The breakfast items on offer were very good. The only thing I found difficult was the sound, with so many guests taking breakfast, it was very loud! I know there was nothing to be done by the staff. I wonder if some ceiling baffles might soften this effect. I did enjoy my breakfast.

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The items in the rooms on arrival were all very useful, tea bags, coffee etc also very good bathroom items. The free WiFi was much appreciated. Easy parking made our arrival was a lovely surprise . All of these details made our stay very easy and restful.

It’s a great hotel in a wonderful location. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent and incredibly clean(250%). I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Cambridge. The breakfast was complimentary and offered a wide selection of freshly made food. If I go to Cambridge again, I will definitely stay at that hotel. Sorry I didn't take any pictures.

Amazing value for the competitive price, hotel is located close to main route to north of UK, staff were up and above with helping in any matters, breakfast had good options. Free parking was the bonus!
