Everything about the property was perfect but if there had been a full bar service with taps (guinness heineken etc) then 10 out of ten for me

We stayed at both ends of our trip. Our first room 425 had a great view. The second room was 714 and the room was much smaller and the windows half the size...and it cost more.

Cost of non-alcoholic drinks were exceptionally high and choice is very limited. Bottled drinks such as coke and soda water were very small (much smaller than average) and costly. No option of tap soft drinks. Breakfast was ok if you prefer continental. Only one coffee machine working so longer than necessary wait. I paid extra for room with a view, unfortunately the windows a high, my 13yr old granddaughter had to stand on a chair to see the lovely view.

Location was perfect. The evening staff in the bar were extremely helpful and friendly, other staff were also helpful but a huge shout out to the evening bar staff who went over and above. Bed was super comfy.

The things I loved about the property was the location, it was very close to the main attractions and also, the view from our room was amazing. Another thing I loved was the fact that it was very clean, organized and the staff was always nice and helpful.

Breakfast might get crowded. Bathroom was a bit small and the shower floor was slippery. Would've it be nice to have some view, but it was ok.

My mom, which uses a cane to walk, wasn’t much found of walking so much to get to the room (there is an extension of the hotel and we were placed there). From the reception it was required to take two elevators and walk through a bridge to get to the room… We also stayed later in the other Motel One Princess (which is in the other side of the station) and that one has a nicer location.

Very cozy and nice hotel. Feels warm and welcoming. The room was very nice and just like the one from the pictures in the website. The breakfast was very delicious. Walking distance from main station, but keep in mind is a minor steep walk

Lousy view from room , overlooked by buildings at back of hotel so no privacy . Had to close the curtains to get changed etc which was a shame as weather was beautiful . Maybe some sheer nets would be an idea ?

The basic room had a small window that faced the street or a small passage, I couldn't really tell, but it was a little noisy.

The location is very good and the staff are helpful and reactive. The room was also clean.
