The overall cleanliness of our room was a bit underwhelming. Our bathroom smelt like it had been used right before we entered. They had a really cool photobooth that I was eager to use but unfortunately it wasn't working :(

The overall aesthetic and vibe of the Moxy was exceptional. The staff were wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast!

Though newer, the property is not aging well. This was my third stay and little things like hanging hooks are loose and shower frame is corroded. These little things need to be dealt with before they get more intrusive.

Good for a quick near airport stay. Parking is a plus as well as the security staff on property. Staff dealt with a problem well and were very quick to fix the issue.

The gentleman who checked me in was surly and unwelcoming which is a shame because all the other staff were very pleasant.

Don’t like the ‘trendy vibe’ it’s not to my taste. Also there was no food available. We got in late and it would have been nice if they sold small plates or sandwiches. Went to bed hungry

Good location to stay at for an early morning flight. Has a very lively lobby and you could enjoy playing pool and foosball if its not too busy. Common space for ironing was provided.

THE BAR MENU WAS INADEQUATE AND VERY LIMITED FOR DINNER IN THE EVENING . OTHER GUESTS WERE LOOKING AND LEAVING AND MADE COMMENTS TO ME HOW POOR THE MENU . THE DISHES SERVED FOR DINNER WERE POOR AND LOW QUALITY WHICH WAS STRANGE BECAUSE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT . HOTEL MISSING THE OPPORTUNITY IN OFFERING BETTER EVENING FOOD . The bathroom could use some hooks on the back of the door. There is no where to put wet towels. It would also be nice if there were more than three hangars and a very short rod for hanging up items. The bathroom is very small.

We really liked the lobby area. There are lots of tables and places to sit. The hotel was very handy for catching buses and there are a couple of places to eat close by, as well as a grocery store. It had a really nice selection of breakfast items if you'd paid for the breakfast option.

I loved the lighting in the room. The varied lighting combinations provided for all my needs, relaxing and last minute ticketing business. The below counter lighting in the bathroom was such a great idea, ( I may have to steal this for my own home!) I love the no telephone policy. The shared iron / boards is a great idea too, why stuff rooms full of unwanted extras. The breakfast was wonderful too providing a great variety of choices.

The mattress was a bit too soft for our liking, but that's a personal preference.

We stayed at Moxy London Heathrow for one night before our flight back home, and it was a good experience. The location is perfect if you're flying from Heathrow, making it super convenient. The hotel has a cool bar that offers food and drinks, along with some fun amenities like a billiards pool, board games, and even a photo booth, which added a nice touch to our stay. They also have a gym, although we didn't get a chance to use it. Our room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and sufficient for a one-night or short stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend Roxy London Heathrow for anyone needing a convenient and fun place to stay before their flight.
