Clean and spacious rooms and comfy beds, loved that there was a pool sauna and bar in the hotel as it gave us lots to do. Also perfect location as it’s right next to the train station in Cambridge north, would definitely come back again!

The pool was quite busy when we were there (but it was a bank holiday) and when I went for an evening swim there weren’t any clean towels. The pool could do with being a little bit bigger. Although the hotel was generally very clean, the stairs down to the gym/pool could do with a vacuum.

The bathroom didn’t have doors and no privacy, that was a huge issue

I asked 3 times at reception for extras tea bags. They didn’t have any at reception so offered to call housekeeping and have them delivered to my room. They never showed up even after 3 requests.

The choice of meals in the restaurant in the evening isn’t quite as good as it was, but the food we did have was very nice

The staff were not completely helpful and you have to push for staff to happen. I had to request an extra room key so we can have some flexibility of movement as a family and they should have provided that extra room key from the beginning. Also, given the flow to the front desk, the number of staff is quite short

We didn't have bottles of water as complimentary, but I didn't complain as we had some of our own. Didn't like the idea of customers leaving their dogs in sofas. I will recommend a wipable or leather sofa for this reason in the communal area.

Loved the wellness centre facilities. Staff were polite, and the place was clean.

Myself and my family are vegan, and there were only 2 vegan options on the menu for dinner. More variety would be wonderful.

The hotel is absolutely lovely! Great decor, nice and clean, excellent facilities and helpful, friendly and attentive staff. I really loved the big screen TV and being able to screencast Netflix. My room was right next to the lifts, and I was worried I’d be able to hear them from my room, but there was no need to worry. I couldn’t hear a thing. Parking and the location is great and I’ll definitely return!

Good sized rooms for two or three guests, but slightly small for a family of four.

Stuff was very polite and helpful. Very nice pool, a big plus specially for families with kids. Well decorated and clean rooms.

We booked a family room and it backed on to the lift (room 602) which you could hear moving and announcing the floors on arrival- so I didn’t get to sleep til 1am and that was with earplugs. I should have messaged in advance to request not being put in room near a lift but it is poor locating to have a family room next to lift as most boring parents like me need a good nights sleep.

The hotel is in great location, it’s modern, clean, the bedrooms are brilliant quality and the staff were friendly and efficient plus breakfast was great.

Swimming pool was rather small and too many people in. There was no staff to supervise Swimming pool or gym.

If I had been driving carefully I might have noticed that the entrance to the car park was in a different location to that of the hotel, so it would have been kind to first-time guests if they had been told in advance.

Hotel located one stop from the central area of Cambridge. The hotel is close to the station with ample parking space and the hotel is close to the station, so it is recommended for families. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean, so I was quite satisfied.

No bicycle storage though, had to use the station and had an attempt on the bikes resulting in minor damage and loss of some lights and a bike lock. Key cards didn't always work for the gym/swimming pool

The pool/sauna is small and was very very busy, full of kids splashing! Would recommend going to the spa later in the evening as it’s open til 10pm.

Very clean. Lovely spacious room. Staff ever helpful and friendly and location is great. Very easy to jump on the train from Cambridge North to Cambridge. Would recommend this hotel for a night/weekend away in Cambridge.

The staff are excellent!! The best customer service with a smile and going extra miles. I will definitely stay there again. The facilities had everything you need and located next to a bus station as we'll train station to Cambridge city centre.
