Situated near Heathrow Airport so you get the planes flying over every 2 minutes. On a busy street so it's quite noisy but you get used to it. Have to buzz the door everytime you want to come back into the guest house and wait for someone to answer. When we decided to forego our last night as we change our plans, female manager was a bit blunt/ rude to me which threw me, all over not asking how much it costs to do our laundry. I felt she didn't give me a chance to ask as she kept talking. I found out later it would have cost £30 which is $60 for us for a load which in my opinion is alot for a load of washing. I understand that someone has to do it for us and needs to be paid for their time.

Friendly staff, great breakfast every day. We stayed 6 nights. It's not the best of areas in England however we chose it to be close to the station to do our sightseeing in London.

Main entrance Kay was not provided. One has to ring and wait, which is a bit inconvenient. Coffee machine would be nice with different varieties.

Had to go downstairs to make a drink. No soundproofing so heard the planes very clearly - advisable to take ear plugs.

Upgraded room from a single which was a nice touch. Hospitality very good. Easy checkout. Location was good for the Tube to Heathrow.

Had been before, facilities are better every year. Looking to book again next year. Nice to have a hot breakfast. Accn was very nice and clean, hadn't stayed in the garden rooms before. Staff are always friendly and polite. Great stay for Twickenham

The room was very hot when we arrived, but I opened a window. The bed was a little too firm for me but I appreciate that’s my personal preference. It was perfectly OK for my partner.

Excellent value for the money. Clean and good standard of room. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. I would recommend it to anyone.

Single bed ‘has nothing left’ according to my son. Sleeping on the springs.

Had an early flight to Heathrow. The location allowed us to have the day in London but a quick trip to the airport. Although (continental) breakfast doesn’t start until 7, we were given some food to take with us for our early departure.

Staff and facilities great, very helpful. The guest house is run very efficiently. There is a car park, nice lounge where breakfast is served and coffees self serve all day. Takeaways may also be eaten here. Nice garden where you can sit under cover depending on weather.

The only thing that was a problem ,was that there was not hot water in the shower.

The staff member was wonderful and accommodating, the location was perfect, and it was clean and tidy.

Bed required immediate attention on arrival due to problem with box base. However manager apologised and dealt with matter swiftly and with an obliging and very helpful manner.

Excellent customer care and continental breakfast with access to common tea and coffee making facilities in kitchen/conservatory area.

Bedding was very basic, but clean. Noise from planes passing :overhead was a bit disturbing because of poor sound insulation

The accommodation is as expected and great value. There are no refreshments in the rooms, wi-Fi was spotty for me. Room furnishings are basic but adequate for my needs.

Price and proximity to LHR were excellent. The parking was also good - plenty of spaces right outside. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating and breakfast room was bright and clean.
