The resort is well maintained and has all the ammenities for a comtable stay... The room, pool n surrounding areas are maintained clean and tidy.. The staff at reception, housekeeping and restraurant are very polite, helpful and friendly who make ur stay very comfortable... . The location of the resort has its advantage because of its proximity to harbour, beach n cafes ( walking distance to beach n cafes)... Incase u want to relax in resort, they have a good pool n restraurant who serves delectable food.... the hotel provides pick n drop service to harbour... Overall a good resort to spend ur holiday at Nusa Penida with excellent management team.....

We requested for shuttle to Banjar Nyuk port which was 5 mins drive by car. The staff that took us there were driving recklessly. After reaching the port, he asked us to get down at the entrance itself with excuse that there’s an accident at the front and he won’t be able to drop us inside. There wasn’t any accident!

The shower pressure is very low and not much brekafst options

My recent stay at Arsi Santha Hotel was overall positive. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the property offers good value for the budget-conscious traveler. The low shower pressure was a slight inconvenience, and I was disappointed that they didn't provide port pickup as promised. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly Rendra. His assistance and friendly demeanor made the stay truly enjoyable. Rendra's dedication and helpfulness were amazing, and they significantly enhanced my experience at the hotel. Overall, despite some room for improvement in certain areas, I would recommend Arsi Santha Hotel for its excellent staff and value for money.

There are no desk in the room, it was a bit difficult to work

Good enough considering the price! The room size is okay enough, has pool, very close to big rental motorcycle shop. I stayed there alone then I had 2 breakfast everyday.

Wifi was not working well in the room.

Location was good. There were many good restaurants and convenient stores in 5 mins distance on foot. Staffs were nice. I could feel that they care me. They offered free shuttle service to harbour which is quite comfortable to guest with heavy luggage. The room had everything I need to stay there. They had good light breakfast menus, too.

Right on a busy street so traffic sound all evening. Also not sound proof at all. Group of People outside our room til late at night night and it was like they were inside with us.

Old fashioned, very simple indoors bathroom. Hot water was available but you had to run quite long and it seemed wasteful. The bed (king) was two twins pushed together and in the middle quite hard.

Near the ferry pier and the main street. Very friendly and helpful Staff. Very big bed. The helped me with a big suitcase on rollers from the pier to the hotel as there is a sandy pathway in between.
