We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location, lovely staff. I celebrated my 50th birthday whilst at the resort with my family and friends. Dewa and the staff went over and beyond my expectations to help me celebrate by allowing me to have a rooftop bbq party. They put up decorations, got me a cake and even flowers. It was amazing.

My room was very nice and my bed was very comfortable Brekky is good with some Indonesian choices as well. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and the ambience of this resort is very relaxing. The location is fabulous and the views from the rooftop pool are breathtaking, especially at sunset!

United KingdomThe pool area was quite slippery, hard telling a 2 year old not to run when they are excited. Think the pool area could do with a touch up but still overall really good!
The location is perfect, variety of rooms, our room was big which was perfect for my child (deluxe garden). Beds were huge and comfy, had Netflix/international channels to chill out to before bed. 2 lots of WiFi that never cut out, was really fast! Happy hours on 2-5pm which was 2 cocktails for 150idr! Breakfast was ok, fresh egg station every day with omelettes/fried/poached eggs. Enough to set you up for the day. Didn't make it too the rooftop bar as it's adults only but heard great reviews on it from the other guests in the hotel. Would defo stay here again!

AustraliaIn February the breakfast was really good, the food was really hot, unfortunately this time the food from the Bain Marie was room temperature which was not very pleasant.
The location is great, so many restaurants and bars around. The pool is good, when it got to busy we went to the roof top pool which is great. Our room was nice, just a shame we had a terrible view.

AustraliaThe lack of staff in the dining area at dinner time. Had to go to my room to get room service as no one was serving customers in the restaurant. Other patrons were getting angry, too. The way the security treats the vendors' delivering ordered goods is appalling! Guests spend a lot of money ordering goods, and the vendors are scared to come there because of the way they are treated. It's called customer service by the vendors... the security and staff needs to be more respectful! We as guests bring a large amount of money to the economy of Indonesia. I've never had this issue at other hotels! It was a disgrace!!!!!!
Great area, though a little noisy with the YBar playing music late. The hotel was good quality and the rooms were comfortable. Staff were all excellent and super friendly to guests. Rooms were comfortable, and the shower and air-conditioning were excellent!
