Our family villa had lots of ants coming out of the tap. We are ok with ants but these ones were biting. The upstairs bit could do with a new floor.

The location is fantastic. Snorkelling right off the beach and we saw turtles every time we went in.

There are 2 things I didn't like so much. First, I'll talk about the room. We booked the standard bungalow. I have to say that everything worked as it is supposed to. I mean, the shower had good pressure and hot water. The bathroom sink had water running. The toilet worked most of the times. The air conditioner was good. BUT, the room is really old, the room door didn't close properly, so we always had bugs in the room (this was due to the design of the door). The bathroom door was old and had splinters, so you always had to be careful with your hands. The windows were small and didn't let much light in. This last part was especially an issue for me since I work remotely and it's good to have good light for that. The bathroom had an open ceiling, so all the metal parts were rusted and not well maintained, so even though they worked, it was not an ideal situation. For this same reason, when it rained, the whole bathroom got wet, so you can't leave anything in the bathroom (toothbrush, soap, etc). The closet needs to be replaced, period. Now, the hotel has newer and more functional rooms, so if you can afford one of them, get it. Otherwise, there are better rooms for the same price at other places. The second thing I didn't like was that there's nobody taking care of the place after 3pm, which is when the staff leaves. They hardly ever turn the lights on at the common areas (pool, sidewalks, etc) in the evening. So, every time I needed to leave the room after 7pm, I had to walk with my cell phone flashlight on, so I could see my steps. And swimming at night was not that pleasant since there was no light at all. These are not big things, but I believe the management should pay more attention to this. After all, if you have a hotel, you need to pay attention to certain details that make a difference.

The hotel is right in front of the beach. The staff were really nice. Bobby, Jarum, and Kutuk were really nice and helpful. The pool overlooking the sea was amazing. You have a good spot for snorkeling right in front of the hotel, but sadly it is a little bit dirty (not the hotel's fault).

Extremely loud music on our first night from a neighbouring rooftop bar which we could hear loudly even inside our room (not this property's fault & they were very concerned too) but this could be an issue in future for this area of Amed which previously was well-known for its peace & quiet. Local business should take a firm stand to halt this since other Balinese resorts can do the loud music & late parties!

Nice gardens, a clean pool & friendly, helpful staff. Delicious crispy banana pancakes, fruit salad & Balinese coffee for breakfast were firm family favourites! Good wifi signal & our room had a kettle & fridge which was very useful

    Room was very noisy

Beds were comfy and room was good size, but extremely noisy, could here the restaurant at the front and all the traffic going past through our wall. If you stay here, stay down towards the beach end, pool is great and location. Staff amazing and breakfast! Otherwise a great stay!

The only issue we had was that the place next door played loud music until late. This does not take away from our experience though, no one can control their neighbours!

The pool was the main draw for us - beautiful at any time of the day and well maintained and clean. Breakfast was simple but sufficient and heartily prepared by the team each morning, perfect way to start each day! We wanted to extend our stay by two nights and this was done without a hassle. Bobby also organised our pick-up from the airport and took us to our next destination helping us to take the stress out of travelling!

my only complaint is the upstairs of the family room. The floor did not feel safe and there were 2 small spots where someone’s foot and clearly gone though. other than this though- everything was fine.

Great location on the beach- Ok snorkelling out the front- not far from Jemeluk Bay- Close to plenty of places to eat.

Staff, big false smile just ready to scam and take your cash. Noisy, dusty and dirty. Do not take there snorkeling trip, double price then others. Not nice guide, looking at his watch all the time and last stop of one hour on the same beach then departure so technically not a stop, once back on the boat you do 50 meters before going down...

Breakfast was ok until I saw a rat in the kitchen! We stayed a total of 5 nights and not once were we asked if the rooms needed a clean or offered clean towels. AC in bungalow started to flood the room and when I told them they didn't offer to look at it let alone fix it.

The staff are lovely and the location perfect with easy access to the reef directly in front.Pool nice and clean.

    We liked everything

Great place to relax. There is low tide on the sea, but not as gigantic as in Sanur or Nusa Dua. The water in the ocean is clear, so you can snorkel right in front of the hotel. The rooms are large and clean. There is a swimming pool overlooking the ocean. There are many places to eat nearby. Nearby there is a wine shop with adequate wine prices. We took a tour to climb Mount Agung. We all liked it very much. And we will definitely come back here again

Barracuda bar next door has live bands couple of nights a week. Great if you like that sort of thing but if I hear one more bad Beatles cover....

Fantastic location on the beach with a beautiful pool. Great snorkelling everywhere and amazing views of Agung. Surrounded by nice Warungs and Bobby can organize snorkelling, scooters & tours. We rented the newly renovated penthouse castle for a month which was awesome. Bobby, Jarum and Arya are lovely people and really looked after us.

I didn’t mind the “old look” of the standard bungalow. But it definitely needs some renovation. Cleanliness was questionable. There was dust and dirt everywhere, even on the bed frame. Kitchen supplies had mold. Omg and towels were very old and stained.

The only thing we liked was the location and nice swimming pool next to the beach.
