The central location was excellent. It was convenient for everything; attractions, markets, restaurants, transport. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, ideal for two people. It was also very quiet, considering its location.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Right in the middle of the market and loads of great restaurants literally outside the front door. All the main sights are in easy walking distance and the area felt very safe. The apartment was quiet despite being in a lively area and has a useful courtyard balcony (no views but nice to have). Apartment was clean and equipped with everything I needed. The host was amazingly helpful, I've never recieved so many messages of advice, recommendations of what to do and see, great restaurants etc (shame I never actually got to meet him).

Very smelly location - there are many seafood restaurants and the market is just in front of the building. The laundry machine was a bit dirty - the rubber part should be cleaned, and the washing soap was missing - I had to buy (not a big issue). One day, the water was stopped - only for a couple of hours. There were ants in the bathroom.. The door kye is a bit difficult to handle - very heavy lock. The owner sent me unnecessarily too many messages including his travel tips... it was really too much.

Nice location, a Good kitchen facility (also for cooking), and Good communication with the owner. Not so a noisy place.

The property was central within Catania close to all major amenities, main attractions, markets and restaurants. Location was a 10/10. Literally within 100m of the main square with the cathedral but because it was at the back of the property it had little noise you could sleep of a night. Bruno the owner checked in prior to our arrival and gave us so many excellent ideas on what to visit and how to do bus routes directions etc. he checked in during our arrival using watts app to check we were happy and if there was anything he could do and if we needed anything he was excellent. The property itself was clean, had air conditioning (a must in summer!) it had everything you could want from the basics to the extras, such as an iron washing machine etc. I highly highly recommend it.

In the very city center, equipped with anything you may need while travelling (including a washing machine), very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, aircon in both rooms. I would rent it next time

The apartments are located on the street, where restaurants are also located. As a result, at a certain time, the smell of fish comes from the street. This is not a problem if you do not open windows or if it does not annoy you in principle. Personally, we didn't see this as a big problem.

Very clean apartments. Located in the heart of Catania. There are many places to eat nearby. A few meters away is a market where you can buy fruits, vegetables and seafood (baked artichokes with garlic are just superb). Thanks to the owner of the apartments, he sent a lot of useful information, answered questions and gave useful advice.

Nothing to be honest. It wall all perfect.

First of all, the photos on the booking do not reflect the whole charm of this apartment. The property is very nice, clean, and fully equipped (iron, washing machine, ironing board, dryer, full kitchen facilities, and much more). Another wonderful thing about this apartment is its excellent (!) location. I don't think I can imagine a better place in Catania for a tourist getaway. It is also worth appreciating the great contact with the owner of the property - he was accommodating, and prepared many tours and helpful information.

Really nice and cozy place where to stay for small family. Apartment is rather compact, but has all required equipment and even more. The host, Bruno, provided wide range of information that was interesting and useful for us. Location of the flat is absolutely great if you are traveling without car.

There was really nothing that I did not like!

Beautiful and spotlessly clean apartment with all kitchen amenities (incl oven and some ingredients making cooking easier), a washing machine, and clothes drying option on the balcony. Absolutely central location (literally one minute walking to the fish market -- useful as the market opens early), but also to Piazza del Duomo! Old apartment building with a character but with a modern apartment and facilities. The host provided lots of information and was in communication throughout our stay.

It was an amazing accommodation. The host is extremely supportive, offers a lot of tips before the arrival, which can help you organize your time in Catania. We could check-in much earlier which enabled us to explore the beauty of Sicily immediately upon the arrival. The same at the end of the stay. We really appreciated that. The apartament was immaculate, equipped with much more one might need during a couple-of-day stay. Perfectly comfortable place. The location is also amazing. You leave the building and you can explore the charming street market selling fresh produce, delicious cheese, local meat. In the afternoon this place turns into streets full of restaurants offering Sicilian cuisine. Round the corner you can find one of the biggest attractions of Catania-sea food market where you can indulge yourself in the uniqueness and hustle and bustle of Catanian lifestyle. Another place - Piazza Duomo - with the symbol of the city, the elephant fountain, is located a few steps away from the apartament. Despite being located in the heart of the city you don't need to worry about the noise as the apt is located from the backyard side of the building which limits the noise to almost the minimum. We fully reccommend the place and the host who takes the extra mile to satisfy the guests' needs. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. CU next time 🥰

Located perfectly with the main avenue just around the corner and next to the city's most famous monument - the Elephant. At the same time the windows look towards a quiet street, so one can have a good rest. The facilities of the apartment are more than enough. The hosts are great!! Basically there isn't a single negative thing!
