Can not control heating. There’s no traditional AC where you control the temperature so could be chilly at night. Also parking is 15 EUR per night which is not cheap.

I didn't like the reception staff and check in procedure! Check in hours start from 3 in the afternoon, but I was 8 months pregnant and begged to be checked in a bit earlier (around 1). After 3 calls asking for understanding, I was assured they will try to check me in earlier and told that around 1, someone from the reception will call me and invite me to the property. Not only they didn't call, but once I went to check in (3:30), they didn't even know about my situation and were really rude. Also I didn't know it was a must to have not only a debit card, but credit! Otherwise, you cannot be checked it and they begging to shout to you. The girl, who took us to the property and gave us the key, said is was a new employee and was really nice, though!

The location and building was good, close to metro 5, close to a mall. The price is also fine in comparison to other places. The apartment is big, equipped well. We had everything needed, except it was a strange thing for me that there was no working air conditioning, because it was central (like the heating) and not turned on in April?!

Recommended parking was in shopping center Bicocca Village, where the reception is located. Unfortunately, this parking is target for criminals - I had a car break-in, my rear window was smashed during the night. Yes, I was warned that this parking is unguarded but I am sure that this was not the first break-in so this parking should be absolutely avoided because it is not safe.

Distant from the center and quite far to get to the center by public transportation specially that there was a strike going on. And a round trip by taxi costs 50 euros each time. The closest grocery shop was 7 minutes away. It would have been nice to put some sugar/salt/ tissue paper in the apartment.

The only issue I had was, the keys were dropped off and apparently it was supposed to be in a total different mail box, the process of checking was different. The check-in hours are limited so if ur flight is late, if it’s out their business hours u won’t be able to check-in. The property is great but not sure about the process.

The property was very clean and everything was ready for use, the location is not bad with 2 malls close by and a supermarket as well.

Working through agencies that provide the service of receiving guests and communicating with them can in most cases bring more problems than benefits. Strict adherence to procedures and not understanding the needs of customers leads to very unpleasant situations. Harassing customers from employees side, threats, absolutely not understanding the customer and throwing them out of the office is completely unacceptable. There are users who do not need a credit card and have enough money for their needs on their debit cards. Also, accommodation control can be done in several other ways, especially when the user is from another country. The agency should invest in its employees and teach them how to deal with customers, because their salary is paid by the customer, not the boss! Unfortunately, due to the ratio of one employee, the facility will receive fewer points in the overall rating, even though it deserves a really high rating!

Disagreements with an employee of the agency and her lack of knowledge in customer relationship management, and therefore the resolution of disagreements, can affect the overall impression of the vacation and, therefore, the bad rating of the facility. However, the quick reaction of Booking.com employees certainly justifies all previous and future reservations, as well as working with them as the owner of an objects in another place. I will also use the opportunity to thank the beautiful Olga, who made us feel welcome with her professionalism and desire to help...after all. She took us to the accommodation, explained everything in detail about the accommodation and the surroundings and really did her part of the job masterfully! The apartment is located inside a complex, which is secured and really very safe. The location of the metro station is always an advantage, especially since the apartment is located in a wider area around the city center. The apartment itself is nicely and comfortably decorated, clean, with all the necessities sufficient for a short vacation.

They charged me extra 500 Euro as refundable insurance although this was not mentioned when booking was made. They clean the apartment only once a week and the cleaning work was literally lousy as they left the place mostly in its dirt so we had to clean ourselves after them. No enough toilet paper, dish liquid and other detergents. There were instructions placed about use of toilet and kitchen with fines in case of no compliance.

Location close to metro, 3 mins walk and to nearest train station, 20 mins walk. Heating was so good. Compound is nice and safe with playgrounds for children. Two big malls and supermarkets exist few minutes walk. Living room equipped with foldable sofa that accommodate 2-3 persons comfortably in addition to 2 bedrooms with 2 persons each.

they did'nt state in the booking that you will deposit a 200€ for security insurance of the property( but they will return it after check-out!)(the badly idea is--what if you dont have enough money in your pocket?you can't check-in?,and cancel your booking but you already paid it online?--and it said-NO Refund!😂😝.anyway we only stay for short!...

It is not exactly a complaint, but a suggestion. The bathroom box protection can be enlarged to avoid getting wet outside.

Honestly, the place is clean, big, and easy to access by car. The staff was very attentive and careful with us. There is a shopping mall in front of the building supporting us in all needs.
