What was really annoying was the automatic hall light. The room is small so it would turn on even when i moved in the bed. And would wake us up. They really need to do something about it.

For that price, this is great. Even the breakfast had some selection, like eggs, fruits, tomatoes.

The shower drain was in the middle of the bathroom, which made it kind of hard to take a shower without flooding the bathroom.

The dorm was really clean and modern, unlike most dorms I've seen. The bed was really big and comfortable. The kitchen looked really nice as well.

I would've loved a little better explanations from the staff, e.g. breakfast times, etc. They barely spoke (to me) which seemed very distanced and not that welcoming. This was the only minor issue I had felt.

Checking in and out was very uncomplicated and quick, I loved that you could leave your luggage there without any hassle. The bed was very spacious and the room itself clean and cute.

The rooms are very cramped and there is no room to put any bags, which when you have four people in a room means I had to put my bag in the corridor.

The entrance has a lot of stairs. So you might need some help for your luggage’s. You can left your luggage before the check in but no early check in. I stayed with 3 people it was really fun but the room is not big enough for your packs or luggages.

I really like the atmosphere in this place. So fresh, so clean, minimalistic and useful. People left so many memories in there. There is a nice breakfast and an area that you can cook your own meal. Always fresh water. You just can fill your bottle up. Location is incredible. Close to the main historical areas and parks and bus stops. You can even go the far places easily. There is a bus which is directly go to the station. You have a chance to meet different people which all of them are traveling like you.

The room is a bit too small for 4 people, there’s almost no leg room and our luggages took a lot of the place. Other than that everything was super!

Nice and tidy room with a pretty big bed. Shared bathroom was very nice and had all the amenities. Washing machine and dryer were free to use. The shared rooms were very nice and had sockets all over. The stay is on the other side of the tombs but is just walking distance from the tourist area and very close to the bus station. Good communication with the host :)

One of our towels was sour smelling, the other towels were ok, so not really a problem.

Perfect location to see the historical sites. We liked being able to leave our bags before check in. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. We only stayed 1 night but would have liked to stay more if we had the time.

Did not see any house slippers provided, so to go out to the lounge for breakfast, had to put on shoes. Not sure when the cleaning/housekeeping was done, we had to ask for toilet paper to be restocked and also the shower cream to be refilled.

Location is great, very near to the attractions and also within the city's shopping district. The dorm was nice, only 4 persons. A bit cramped with no floor space for bags, but okay for a short stay. Bathroom was good and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, self-service. Common areas were clean and more spacious compared to other hostels I have been to.

Rather abrupt notices with rules & regulations. This could be a language difference. The owner was pretty uninviting. The food was cheap & awful.

I did like a lot the location of Aha Stay because it is near the tourist attractions and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The hostel also proposes a common breakfast which is quite nice. The room for three was large and clean.

I loved how close it was to a lot of places I had on my itinerary I took forever to build. The hosts were very helpful despite our language barriers- it is a pity I don’t know much Korean- google translate is my best friend. They arranged a cab back to the station for me - which was extremely helpful with my multiple luggage issue nearing the end of my journey for a month in Japan & South Korea. It is a very convenient location & the room was great- I wish I was there longer- I would have used that clothing steamer (LG) for my dress & had a nice dinner out. The wine/bar fridge was also super nice- but yes a little noisy- what fridge isn’t? The TV was nice. I really have nothing negative to say- it was clean, comfortable, quiet & just what I needed :) I would recommend this place for a great stay in Gyeongju - which I wish I had more time bc there is so many historical sites to see.
