We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe room for me is small for 4 people. Lift only available at level 1..so we need to use staircase to go from Ground floor to level 1. Luckily the hotel staff help me to bring my luggage to the room. TQSM
Room: No so big for 4 people. The bed is super big but the room space, for me is small. Location: Strategic. Enjoy the night walk near the mall there. My kids really enjoy it. Clean: The bed is clean but the room still got bit dust.

MalaysiaThe room is a bit tight, (maybe for the 2 people-rooms. I'm not sure about bigger room for 3 or 4 people, cuz I've never been in one). Hence a very limited space for the Muslim to perform solat. But still ample space and suited the price I think. So, still okay. I will definitely come back to Wan Alyasa.
I always love Wan Alyasa hotel because of the location, which is a walking distance to the Centrium and also close to many other shops around it. The rooms are also clean, the environment of the hotel make you feel safe and cozy. Most of the Staff is welcoming and make you want to come back again.
