If you have no means of transportation it is way too far from everything….including the nearest bus stop (minimum 25 minute walk!!) When I booked the room it said there was breakfast included but you could not get food anywhere near the hotel 🤨! I will not book here again because of the location.

They upgraded me to a queen bed instead of a double because I was waiting so long in the lobby.

This hotel is not near or at the airport! It cost a €48 in a taxi to get there from the airport. We had a late flight in to Amsterdam and booked this as somewhere to stay close to the airport and we were let down. Nothing close to the hotel at all no shops/cafe no public transport at all. There was no water or tea/coffee facilities in the room so left feeling dehydrated the next day. Again by taxi as there was no other choice. So almost €100 in taxi cost and €112 for a nights stay

When showering the bathroom gets flooded, because there is no border between shower and bathroom floor. Makes the floor very slippery.

Personnel was very friendly and price was good. Free parking was a great bonus.

There was no coffee in the room, I missed the shower curtain/door and the internet connection with TV was not very good.

Cleanliness, especially of the bathroom, could have been better(!) Window could not be opened, which is a pity (no fresh air). Air-conditioning okay, position good, but room still too warm to sleep (though obviously that's a very personal thing).

No Breakfast (no problem). Cleanliness could have been better, especially in the bathroom. Overall location probably not optimal for tourists, but (almost) "perfect" for us, working at Schiphol Airport. All-in-all not bad, not good.

The bathroom and the toilet were overflooded with water and soap when having a bath. there was no seperator on the floor to prevent the water from spreading to the wash basin and toilet area. Had to to walk in the soapy water to get out of the bathroom.

The location is convenient, it took around 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. The reception was open 24/7, which was very helpful as well.

Paid for 3 nights. First night they cleaned room and made bed but left rubbish bin. Next night they didn’t give us clean towels or even make beds!

The hotel seemed abandoned once arriving as there is barely light coming from the hotel. Once you enter the building there is no warm feeling of being welcome, no music and no warm lights. The lady was friendly, but the rest of the staff does not speak dutch and barely english. The room was nice! Although there was a thick layer of dust underneath the bed and also on the shelf where you hang the jackets. Should be better cleaned in these places. The bed was comfortable, but the heating did not work at all and there was draught coming from a crack next to the window. Gladly be got some heating from the portable heating system they offered but it could be much better to make it a comfortable stay. The Wifi is barely working. I got provided a second wifi spot but that one barely worked as well. Felt a bit lost in the middle of nowhere as 4G and 5G also barely works at that location. There is no roomservice, also not a bar or a place where you order a drink or a snack. There is only a basic fridge with some drinks and snacks which you can buy at the front desk. Overall, it was okey for 1 night. But I would not be able to stay there for a longer period of time and I won't consider coming back sorry :/.

It was supposed to be an extra-large bed, but instead there were two small ones, the pillow was very hard, it looked like a stone, a terrible location since it was impossible for us to get to it.

The room was cold and the window was open even though it was raining and windy outside, presumably to rid the room of odours. The towels were new but not particularly absorbent, and left lint over my body. The room took quite a while to prepare (even though I arrived in the middle of the night, many hours after the check-in time). The hotel and the area surrounding it seemed seriously unfinished with piles of bricks outside and paper covering the ground floor windows.

Friendly staff. Great smelling body wash in bathroom and a shower that was easy to use. The decor of the reception was smart and comfortable. The linen was crisp and white. The price seemed reasonable.
