We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The music in the dining/ lounging area was weird like a broken record of random sound. Just a suggestion that maybe lids need to be on all the hot buffet things to keep them warmer.
All the seating areas, buffet breakfast. Attention to detail, fast clean up of tables at the buffet breakfast, very friendly helpful staff in all areas.

Found that there was a bit of noise in our hallway due to a tour group that was staying on our same floor. However, we understand that this was unavoidable.
Clean, comfortable and convenient, staff were helpful.

Walls are so thin we could hear babies crying and children running around outside our room at 6 am. But could not hear traffic outside our windows. Room was very hot would not go below 21 degrees.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Booked here as we could get breakfast in the morning. Which was good too. Except as someone who works in hospitality you do use the cheapest products like baked beans were Oaks wow they taste nasty. But fruit salad was great.

Professional staff. This is a standard and well equipped hotel. Well done Holiday Inn. Well maintained hotel. 20mins walk to Queenstown airport, or you can catch the public bus at the bus stop to the airport. The bus driver charged me 10NZD for the 5mins drive to the airport. Breakfast was good, as long as you have coffee, loaves of bread and fruits, I think you should be set to go. Thank you guys for the late check out, as I worked from the hotel, before catching my flight back to Auckland.

Hearing people next door in shower coughing etc wasn’t very soundproofed I got sick si didn’t sleep much!!
Great location room was clean the shampoo conditioner were empty and the moisturiser was much the same I think they had forgotten to top up!was guy in room next to us coughed alnight didn’t seem to be very soundproofed compared to other room we stayed in previously!!got sick there myself so late check out was awesome staff were lovely def be back carparking was cheaper becoming member!!

There wasn’t anything we came across that we didn’t like.
The staff were exceptional, we stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon because it was close to the airport. Our bags missed the connection flight so they allowed later checkout so we could wait for our bags and stay up in our room to get ready for our day. Breakfast was great, good selection, very happy with our stay.

Stayed in a 'mountain view' room but looked onto a lot of construction (new building) outside. Could still see the mountains though.
Very modern room with a stylish bathroom and all the mod-cons. Clean, spacious and safe. Room service available. A short taxi ride from the airport.

I hope they have enough space to provide complimentary parking to guests.
Highly recommended 👌 Great location close to airport, bus stop, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast 😋 and dinner, they also have a bar 🍸 and gym 🏋️♀️. Friendly staff.

Very short staffed when we stayed at the breakfast buffet. No food left when we arrived at 9:30 and the staff rallied to get coffees and eggs to us but everything took a long time considering there was only around 12 people in the restaurant. Assumed there was only one chef working on the day.
Liked everything about the hotel including location, proximity to airport, easy to navigate to and from. Staff were informative about local areas and bus routes etc.

Parking is first come first serve and not even much space at the back so we have to pay 30NZD per day for the parking.
It is close to pretty much everything around Queenstown. Room is clean. Value for money is 👌🏻.

The lobby, buffet restaurant and elevator were noisy due to the large number of group travellers. Breakfast menu is the same every day.
The staff is super friendly. The facilities and rooms are clean and convenient. The cafes and restaurants nearby are delicious. It is convenient as there are large supermarkets and self-service laundry nearby. Close to airport. Appropriate location. Although it is near the airport, it is quiet. Public parking is available at a low price within a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel.
