My first 2 nights were in a private room + bathroom; the room was great and the bathroom was small but manageable. My third night was in a private room + shared bathroom; there was some loud clubbing music at night but the staff gave us earplugs so that wasn’t an issue!

The property is very central, but is like a quiet little oasis when you enter the big double doors. 24/7 reception - everyone is SO nice (especially Melissa, thank you!) and goes out of their way to help. Beds are so comfy and comforters are very warm. Shower water gets wonderfully hot.

During the weekend, the noise from nearby discotecas made it hard to fall and stay asleep. The hostel gave us ear plugs and that helped.

The property was beautiful. The people that worked there were super helpful and friendly. Everything was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Location was great!

The creeky floors were a little annoying. Plus the walls are so thin it felt like the room neighbor was in the room with me at some points.

The property is clean, in a great location, and the staff are kind. Its cozy, has running water, and clean beds. There’s tea and bottle drinks available (the tea is free, the drinks are not), bathrooms, a kitchen, and also paid laundry services available. I highly recommend for a no-frills stay in Cusco!

Not only is the hotel well-located, clean and looks like Disney’s Encanto, but Molly Vargas, Melissa and their team went above and beyond to help us whenever needed: in addition to booking a punctual and well-priced taxi for us, Molly and Melissa helped us solved a booking issue that we had with another hotel. We will definitely come back the next time we go back to Cusco.

I loved everything. It was pretty close to the city center and we were there during the Easter celebration week and even though it was loud out in the center, it was extremely quiet and peaceful in our room. Our room was huge and on the first level, which worked out because we had really big suitcases. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice- they even packed us breakfast to go for when we went to Machu Picchu. They also were able to hold our large suitcases in a locker while we were on the Machu Picchu camping trip. I highly recommend staying here. If I ever get a chance to come back to Cusco, I will stay here again

The budget room as mentioned above. There was also no ventilation in the bathrooms.

We stayed here twice - before our Inca Trail walk and after. The first day we booked a smaller budget room and the second time the bigger. If you are considering which to book yourself, we definitely recommend the bigger! The budget room was quite cramped (including the bathroom) and downstairs - so closer to the street noise. The upstairs room was fabulous - spacious, comfortable, etc. The staff were wonderful in general and had no problems storing our luggage and navigating our early starts. They provided breakfast when we didn't have time to sit and enjoy. The location was perfect - right in the centre of the historic area, close to anything you need. The laundry service was also great and efficient.

We loved it all! Some of the other properties in the area is quite noisy, but this one has double doors facing the street, which really helps with any noise. This part of the city is bustling so it is bound to be noisy, however the double doors did the trick.

The courtyard garden is stunning! It is a historical courtyard building with thick walls, wooden floors and balconies living out onto the street. We lived every minute of it! Breakfast was amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful and are there 24hours.
