Small bed, wifi only worked for first night, as we use free wifi could not raise this concern. No wifi also resulted in us having no TV for the time we were there.

The security staff were very friendly always welcoming. The pool area and rooftop viewing area were both fantastic, best part of our stay.

they should provide additional blankets because we travel as family and the bed is not spacious for us. If only they inform us that bed is good for only 2 then we decide to go or not...nag additional payment pa naman kami for the kids. but anyway yun lang naman over all it was a nice experienced kc malinis naman ang space.

Our 1st room wasn't clean dirty dining utensils bugs in the cupboard and room until we complained to the caretaker he then arranged for a cleaner, also the bed was very bad. There was a hole in the mattress, we complained again, he then moved us to another room but this was slightly smaller than we liked no sofa just bed & a small dining table with 2 chairs The building also looked run down lots work to be done to bring it back to the standard it once was, but the location is great

The toilet. It was clean but the thought that they advertise it with bidet and you found none.

The staff were great. No hassle upon booking, the booking confirmation was fast. The caretaker were accommodating and you get a good view from the window.

The room was not that clean, seen some cockroaches. The stove was not working, had asked the caretaker via sms but no reply. The aircon leaks. On our last day of stay, the internet was cut, saying that the bill was not paid yet.

Honest to goodness review, the room is nice and also the furniture inside.. especially the shower is quite comfortable.. all in all it was good. The only thing which is not good or lacking is the cleanliness of the condo. It is really cleaned properly, it looks dirty and cheap because of the dirt, if only you will change your caretaker to a better one then it should be a wonderful place to stay. Thank You!

There were lots of cockroaches in the room. Beddings needs to be changed, too old and used. The cabinet stinks.

I couldn't stay second the second night, the apartment was full of cockroaches. The manager came and just killed several in front of me, explaining that it was because of the garbage cans. I slept with the lights on, and I booked another hotel for the next day. I requested a refund from the owner who never replied. I travel a lot with booking.com, this is the first time this has happened to me, you lose credibility when renting this type of accommodation.
