An extremely loud fan in the bathroom, which was impossible to turn off. Ask very carefully where elevators to the hotel and apartments are situated. I confused them and had to walk around the hotel with a heavy suitcase:(

Very clean place, located in the centre of the Praga District, convenient for travellers continuing by train from Warszawa Wschodnia station. Nice staff and superb breakfast of great variety. My studio-room had a kitchen (no time to yse it but good to know!).

Maybe a few smiles from the staff. But said that they were nice and professional. There is some noise from the road but the windows are good and with them shut you don't hear anything.

Very nice studio apartment with nice kitchen area. Very clean. I see in another review that someone complained about the cleaning but I found it was spotless and it was cleaned everyday. Tram, bus and metro very close and plenty of shops near. I will be staying here again on my next trip.

Amazing value for money! We got a suite with a sofa bed and a queen bed and loved both the room and the sleeping arrangement that allowed for some privacy. The stuff was very attentive and kind at all times and we are grateful for the late checkout. The hotel is brand new and so is the interior, very comfy bed and sofa, great warm breakfast buffet, everythings is really clean and tidy. Good WiFi. The hotel is just a 10 min walk from the Warsaw East Station.

My room was really noisy- it was facing a busy road and despite the windows being shut, the noise was bad and kept me awake. I stayed here before, but it was the first time it was so loud. It might be because this time the room had a large balcony door apart from the window, so let more noise in...

The hotel is very clean and modern. Fridge, coffee maker and kettle in the room, comfortable bed. The reception is always open, which is great for me as I usually arrive here very late.

I don’t have any complaints about the property.

The bed was actually a large bed and not two joined beds as that is often the case in Polish hotels for whatever reason. The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was a good size and clean. Restaurant was good as well. They didn’t know how to make mimosas but when I explained the waitress kindly made one.

There was no sleepers :-( In winter time it would be definitely better to have them...

I was impressed by the view from my window. Every single thing was just great: lift, quiet super spacious room, shower, comfy bed, comfortable armchair and lamp for reading a book, little sofa, table to work, coffee table, coffee machine and tea maker, big windows, cosy restaurant and very tasty meal! Good breakfast. Super friendly staff. And in addition, tram to reach city center or railway station. Just few stops away. Great!
