We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaRooms are really clean, you have free juice and water in your room, the view is amazing. You have horse ranch near the hotel where you can go for free if you are guest. Pool and sauna are great. The people who work here are really kind and always ask you if you need something and is everything okay.

SerbiaNo fresh fruits for breakfast. The choice of tea and coffee is poor. No vegan food. Temperature of water in swimming pool is to high 30 C. Untrained stuff.
The environment is calm Close trim rout through pine wood. The quality of the food for breakfast is perfect. It is fresh and organic local food. Very nice spa. Friendly atmosphere. Gentle and friendly staff.

SerbiaStaff is nice, but not experienced enough. Maintenance is not at appropriate level (problems with Wi-Fi, one light was not working) and while new everything is more or less ok but in a few years… Breakfast is not rich enough (bread is not good, coffee is bad, in general choice is rather limited) as it should be in this kind of hotel.
The hotel is brand new (opened in January 2023). Ultra modern, perfectly furnished, extraordinary swimming pool, great spa centre. Our room was of a normal size, the bathroom was perfect. Regarding swimming pool: one of the best I have seen in a hotel - absolutely amazing!

SerbiaThe room did not have any air conditioning and it was too hot to fall asleep at all. We were advised to open the windows instead, and our room was quite literally crawling with bugs because there are no bug or mosquito nets on the windows. It was either sleep with bugs or have a heatstroke in our sleep. The breakfast buffet was not labelled for any allergens or even dish names so I was very limited in what I could safely eat due to a severe nut allergy. The bed was very uncomfortable. We would consider returning but would need to bring a portable vent with us, and the price should be considerably lower due to the inconvenience.
Everything looks very modern and new. The staff is exceptionally polite.

SpainThe breakfast seemed fine until a few hours later when 3 out of 4 people got really sick from the food served for breakfast that morning, including my pregnant wife. Firstly we thought that it can’t be possible, because the night before we ate at the hotel restaurant, and it was all good. In the end we all had food poisoning with severe diarrhea and vomiting and the whole day after was ruined.
It is a great hotel, really clean and nice with amazing people working in it.
