The walls were quite thin so I could hear people next door and they could hear me. But I suspect that it is rather common in Turkey.

The location was perfect: very quiet neighbourhood, only 10 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to farmer's market on Sundays. 5 mins to mini-market with all necessities, lots of cafes and restaurants withing 10-15 mins walk. It was noisy during the day from construction at the neighbours, but I expect it will end soon Loved the little kitchenette with the fridge and everything necessary to cook my own meals. I am a vegetarian so local cuisine was not exactly perfect for me. Good breakfast. I had a spacious room with a little balcony overlooking the pool. Loved the view!

The breakfast was typical Turkish breakfast, quite the same all days but was totally fine for us as we stayed only 2 nights. The location is very close by the beach, about 10 min walk. One could also take a local buss to get to the city centre or walk about 45 min. The rooms are old, but clean. The towels were clean as well.

Can't pretend it's a luxury hotel it's not but if anyone is looking for value for money this place is unbeatable. Fifteen minute walk from hotel to the lmpressive strip at Calice.

I noticed that the door to the room are a bit thin, you can hear everything happening in the hallway. Which can be a problem if other guests are loud, especially in the night. Also it is Turkey, so there is a cigarette smell now and then, mostly coming from the pool area, up to the rooms

Quiet quarter with small houses and no traffic. Parking in front of the entrance. Awesome buffet breakfast ( but no meat options) with eggs, menemen, olives, salads, fruit, butter, bread, tea... Pool. Atmosphere. Drinking water in the lobby.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like - maybe one suggestion would be to put mirrors in the bedrooms.

We had the 3 bedroom apartment for our party of 5. Bedrooms had en-suite facilities and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at reception were friendly and our apartment was ready on our arrival. We had drinks by the pool which was very chilled. Near to many cafes and restaurants and walking distance to the beach / Harbour.

The equipment in the rooms is a bit dated, but it didn't detract from my vacation experience.

This is a very nice place! It offers a good view, a pleasant swimming pool, and tasty European and Turkish breakfast. The Wi-Fi is ok. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, particularly Hemish (hopefully I got the name correct). It's just a 10-minute walk to the embankment and beach.

There is no elevator. The curtains were transparent and not fully closing . We can hear other occupants in the adjacent room talking.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable . There is a kitchen with stove and kettle and many things but we didn’t use. The price is good and ok for one night staying . The breakfast was delicious and has ac verity if food. The wifi was good.

The apart hotel is in a very calm place, big rooms, with all amenities, and very nice breakfast! The room was clean and cleaned once in 2 days which is sufficient. The hotel is a bit older, but maintained. We enjoyed a lot stay in the hotel!

Some things in the room could do with a general tidy up, perhaps a little paint here and there to freshen things up, rooms have ample storage for 2 people, 3 is pushing it a bit. Bigger rooms are available.

The staff and Management were extremely friendly and helpful, Day and Night. Pool was very clean and toddler friendly, and nice surroundings ,beer and soft drinks readily available and at good price, money exchange at good rates can be done in house. Breakfast was adequate, traditional Turkish, fresh fruits, salads and eggs etc. We had a basic room, the bed was comfortable, with minimal storage space and a small balcony, there is a fridge and kettle, the shower was good, the rooms are cleaned every other day inc towels and sheets, if you needed any thing, tea coffee etc ask and you get.

The staff were brilliant, the breakfast is an extra cost of 120TRY which isn't much at all and is amazing, so much choice and the room was very clean and spacious. The location was about 5min walk to beach and 10min walk to the shopping strip.

This property was beyond my expectations, the room was clean and comfortable, the stuff were super nice and helpful whenever i use to ask for something or some informations they help me, the food was delicious. I really recommend this hotel, it was calm clean and near to Calişe beach and dolmuch.
