Excellent location walking distance to White House, memorials and convenient to metro lines taking us directly to national mall. Suite was very relaxing after a day visiting museums. Very clean and staff always greeted us with a smile. Felt very safe in the neighborhood.

The windows in the bedroom had blinds that were just OK. Would have been nice to have black out curtains or shades. Would have been great to have a few cozy blankets or a throw blanket in the living room.

Location was perfect, and only 2-3 blocks from the Metro, the White House/National Mall and many great restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the entire apartment was clean and well appointed. It included a full kitchen that was well stocked with essentials.

I have zero complaints. It has all the amenities of a hotel (helpful front desk, fresh towels, soaps, coffee) with the beauty of a condo (full kitchen, washer/dryer, independent wifi). It’s centrally located to two metro stops, bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. Theres an easy pick up point for ride shares. I will be staying here again on my trip to DC and checking out their other locations when I’m in those cities.

This is a great place to stay in Washington D.C. and was the perfect choice for a combined business and family trip. The 2-bedroom suite with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, and dishwasher/dryer, met all of our different parent and child needs. It was very clean, well-equipped, and the location was a short walk to both sightseeing locations and business meetings. The price was also very reasonable - I would say that it was more cost effective than 2 connecting hotel rooms in the area - and this was helped by the fact that we could buy food in and manage our laundry over a 7-night stay. We went on a 12-minute walk to the nearest Whole Foods for our shopping and ordered takeout from the Panera Bread next door (which has fantastic staff). I really can't say enough to recommend AKA White House. We - 2 adults and 2 12-years olds - agree that we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location, very central, at 5 mn walk from the White House. The appartement (2 bedrooms) was very nice and confortable. The staff very friendly and Professional. The bus stops near the hotel very practicle to ge anywhere in the city.

Barking dog

The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. We were able to walk to most of our destinations, weather permitting, so the location was great. If it weren't for the dog next door barking for hours while its owner was away, the visit would've been perfect. The hotel team contacted the owner, and the barking stopped. The staff was EXCELLENT!

It seemed surface clean but we found a breath right strip wrapper and a sock in our bed that weren’t from us.

Parking at the hotel was very expensive (but we were informed of less expensive options nearby which was nice). The beds were not very comfortable. Not horrible, but definitely not high-end mattresses. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. It would be nice if guests had a bag of coffee to get them started on their first morning.

Excellent location for visiting the historic sites in DC. Only 2 blocks from the Metro and food/dining. Love the layout, with the seating area and kitchen, walk-in closet and large bedroom. Right size property and easy to navigate.

Wi-Fi iffy in bedrooms —- could have been resolved if asked at desk. TV sound did not work (on Super Bowl Sunday no less) but maintenance showed us how to remedy but it never really worked.

Fantastic location. Helpful front desk. Easy to walk everywhere and metro just up the street.
