Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandThe breakfast is pretty modest and not so healthy. A waffle making station was a highlight of breakfast but if you are looking for healthy options, your best choice is probably oatmeal, bagels and fruit. In case this is not enough - you will probably have to stock your in-room kitchen with good food from supermarket. On the other hand they had a very good station with coffee and tea - very good choice of that.
For this area it was a pretty good affordable option. The hotel was close to the slopes, Aspen and Vale were just an hour drive. We were able to rent skis i the town for much cheaper than what we would pay in Aspen. The town was nice and cozy - had pretty good shops, amenities and (cheap) restaurants with good food. The location of the town is also very convenient - very easy drive from highway. The hotel had everything you need for a longer stay. Rooms are comfortable, had kitchen, nice tv with Netflix and Youtube, comfortable bed and a big sofa. It was a good place to relax after hitting the slopes. The hotel lobby is very nice and new (it has a fireplace!). There is a firepit outside. We never got to go to the gym, pool or spa but they looked nice when we were walking by. The staff was extremely nice and friendly.

United States of AmericaRoom doors were not sound proof. Couldn’t talk without being very quiet or watch TV, listen to music in the living room area without waking up the children in the two bedroom suite.
Both breakfast and location were great! Beds very comfortable, too.

United States of AmericaThere were two things I didn’t like, as I arrived the gentleman at the front desk was very upset and cranky because the other girl was leaving for the day. And I understand, we all have bad days so I didn’t let it phase my stay. We got home around 9ish from the Iron Mountain, and there was no parking was is crazy since you pay for overnight parking and not all the cars had the paper on their car. Thats beyond the point, what really bothered me, is a woman was walking in alone to ask where she can park since there was no parking and the same cranky gentleman sent her to Wells Fargo to go park. Who sends a single woman to go park down the road at 9pm at night? Again, he did the bare minimum, and was still cranky.
It was definitely very clean, which I appreciated a lot. And we needed more towels, and the housekeepers were very generous.

United States of AmericaCouch wasn't the most comfortable, bed was a little firm for my taste, but neither were too big a deal. There are separate bins for trash and recycling, but both just end up in the dumpster.
The kitchenette and fridge were very useful. Plenty of room, good TV selection. Shower was warm and good pressure. Good access to bus routes in town. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection of food. Temperature in the room was quite comfortable. A nice little temporary home away from home.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the fact that you have to pay for parking, and many nights there was no parking availability, so you had to park in another hotel lot or the rec center 😞

United States of AmericaThe cost was ridiculous! The other Marriott Residence Inns I have been too are much more plush (Wisconsin). Our room was small for us. I accidentally didn't book the motel through Marriott.com, so the Loyalty Group refused me my points. My total bill came to $650.00!
Breakfast was great. So was the location. Staff on checking in was ok. Night staff preferred to talk to one another rather than address our questions. Pool and hot tub were great.

United States of AmericaMy only issue is the lady at the front desk upgraded our room without asking us and then proceeded to try and charge us for it upon our check out. I did not ask for an upgrade, I was fine with the room I chose and wouldn’t have agreed to an upgrade if I knew I would be charged for it. I thought people still just did things out of the kindness of their hearts.

United States of AmericaWe were there for 4 days…NO maid service, garbage overflowing, out of towels. Our 4th floor room had constant large flies…we’d kill & more appeared…closer to a roof vent? To-go coffee cup lids left in one bedroom, (not ours). One phone never worked & broken black-out shade,( but was fixed-see above). Most front desk people were SO friendly, while others were almost aloof. EXTREMELY salty bacon & dry/stale bagels & bread.
Breakfast adequate. The size of room was great and most of staff was friendly & helpful. The location was excellent. Broken black-out shade was fixed within 15 minutes of our call.
