Couldn’t lock the door adequately. Door needs repair. Some hardware coming off the door. Floors uncarpeted. We were not aware of the extra $20 charge for pets.

We only pass thru once a year and this is our 3rd stay. How about a local newspaper, magazine from the chamber of commerce, or list of things to do nearby? Touristy stuff :-) Maybe a coupon for the Chinese Restaurant? LOL! Cheers!

The sound on the TV was messed up but I literally was only there to sleep for few hours before next stop so it didn’t matter .

It was a great deal/ affordable and I was able to pull up to my room - the staff was great ( I was getting in late at night ) The bathroom appeared to be newer as well as the flooring in the room- the room was much bigger than most hotel rooms- and most importantly it was “ CLEAN” I would definitely stay again because it exceeded my expectations for a small motel.

Bed pillows very very soft no support and shower water pressure very low.

Room was clean and comfortable. Only thing was shower water pressure was very low and the bed pillows sucked very very soft no support. But would recommend for the price.

The bed was terrible, too tall to easily get in and out of and hard as a rock. The room showed age, curtains old and not entirely covering windows, allowing light to come in a night...keeping me awake. Hot water was warm, not hot, but it was midnight when I was showering. There was not enough toilet paper. Staff came in provided clean wash cloth and towel but left no extra roll of toilet paper when the one in the room was practically exhausted.....

Room was clean, extra towels even though not requested were much appreciated.

The outside is clearly being taken care of but it's definitely from and older Era.

This little Inn for the price, location, and comfort was by far a 10/10 recommend. I worked for a hotel chain, and this was my favorite by far! When we travel, we want comfort and peace and to enjoy our travels not just stay at the hotel (so no pool, gym hottub) and this place was beyond perfect for that and only an hour from our outerbanks destination!

Very friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Pets are allowed with a pet charge. Very good value. We have stayed here before and enjoyed our stays.

Bedding was old and stained. , Refrigerator had the smoke detector in the freezer. The metal plate under the bed sounds like thunder whenever you moved.

There were random hairs in the bathroom. Nothing was close everything was 40 min drive to a different town.

Eveytime I went to the front desk, there was no one there. And when I rang the bell no one came. I texted once to check in, and they came. My guess is they wanted the money. The other times I don’t know why no one answered me back or opened the office door. The office doors were locked the whole time I was there.

The top blanket had a tear or burn on it. They didn't give you enough shampoo for two people, but we had extra luckily. The outside wasn't as inviting as expected.

Check in was simpler. The room was very large and had been recently updated. It was very clean. The towels were nice, and the water pressure was great. It was quiet, and the heat worked great. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were super plush.
