unfortunately constructions are not ‘noise proof’. villas are divided in different rooms. had a family with children side to us and noise was inconvenient. a better room insulation would make a perfect place. breakfast of average quality.

position is amazing with a nice view on the lake. villas are clean and cute located in a sort of big garden full of flowers

This wasnt a major issue for us as we had jusy spent time in Saigon and Hanoi so we were happy with the location but be aware it is a 20 minute drive from the city centre so i suggest having a driver on call like we did as you cant get grabs out there and the hotel charges highway robbery on the city transfer, over double what we were paying. The spa wasnt clean, my partner was offered a free sauna but they wouldnt let her use a towel or the shower to rinse off after and she had to walk back to the room sweaty. Had it of been clean and had she had a good experience we would have loved to do a spa package. The dinner menu was a little lacking, and i feel they would benefit from having pizza or something simple on their room service menu, although the room service menu is not bad. I wouldnt suggest using any of their services in terms of transfers or laundry etc. They charge an arm and a leg for this stuff. A large part of the cost of the rooms per night im assuming is associated with the location and veiw because some things are lacking. However if they tightened these things up a little this place could be the perfect full package. Overall we were happy with our stay

This is a beautiful resort with an amazing lake view away from the hussle and bussle of the city. We had a lakeside cottage and we loved it, spacious, neat room with a good veiw,smart TV, a balcony and a good bathroom and shower. The reception is a little walk away but the friendly staff are always on hand to help via the room phone. Any time we dailed them they were quick to help bring us extra pillows, room service or send a shuttle cart to pick us up or take us back to our room, although the walk is nice and only takes 5 minutes. The breakfast buffet was really good and the restaraunt has a great view, we really enjoyed having breakfast here. The boat cruise on the lake is really nice. Close to datanla waterfall and some other sights in the hills. They offer a lunchtime snack option at the restaurant for 250k pp, with some snack options, cocktails and drinks you can order as much as you like, this was really convenient for us one of the days. Overall we were happy with our stay :)

The balcony was shared between 3 rooms. The room was far from the resturant / reception so either had to walk 10 minutes or wait for a free shuttle bus. (Which could be called if you needed it and came quite quickly). The bathroom had NO SHOWER. note... the shower head is on a hose that comes out of the bath tub and you can hold it on you but you can't hang it on the wall like a normal shower. Also no shower screen or curtain so the whole bathroom floods when you attempt to take a shower. The room is near the lake so it got quite windy and rainy but that was only 1 of our 3 days there. The shop at the resort was limited so bring anything you'll need with you (including alcahol unless you drink vodka cause thats all they have). The pool was also dirty.

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Nice view from balcony. Good food at resturant. Good free breakfast included. The wonderland attraction had nice things to see including animals and horses and we could ride a quadbike. Lovely scenery and the mountainous surrounds were beautiful and lovely. And the atmosphere of the whole place was very nice and peaceful.

The location is very far from center of city. The road to resort does not have light at the evening. The room is quite basic standard, lower than expectation of 4 stars resort. Meals are bad.

I dont like their room, it is small, not good furniture, not nice. We had BBQ at night, good food except shrimp is not really fresh. For people who would love to enjoy their room, it is not great option but for photos, it is ok.

I like their view. Nice place to take photos and party outside. 😁😁😁 Supporty and funny staff and service is ok even some of my group member need to wait electric car so long. :D. Good for execises. :D That is the reason I chose it, even the room is not good enough but I sastisfied.

Staffs are not friendly and helpful. Receptionist did not provide us enough information, they just replied us when we asked question. We called to Reception and asked to borrow 2 bowels and 2 chopsticks, but she asked us to call the Restaurant by ourself, then we called the Restaurant as her direction, but noone picked up the phone, the worst service that I experienced. Breakfast was not tasty enough. Room was not clean & well-maintained, it looked old & quite dirty. Wifi was very weak and could not connect even we called Reception and they sent and IT man to fix. Everything is very inconvenient and not worth to pay for such kind of experience.

I booked the top-tier room, but it wasn't as I expected. The room was dirty and wasn't the same as reserved pics. I requested to change to another room and was expecting as level, but they offered me a lower tier room but the same fee of charge. This wasn't what I expected from the 1st-time visit to DA LAT. Customer services were not that bad, but currently, they're short on staff so kind of busy and a lot of waiting time during our stay. One issue was that they did not contact me after I called to confirm that I had forgotten my stuff there. Not recommended for family and friends. ONE BIG PRO is BEAUTIFUL views from Villas
