The location was out of the hustle and bustle of Hoi An city centre but a short drive or bicycle away. The property offers the use of bicycles at no extra cost but if you prefer the comfort of an air conditioned vehicle Lisa and the staff can organise transport for you. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and amenities were great. The room we had was as pictured although some of the soft furnishings and decor were omitted. The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel welcomed. They went above and beyond expectations and rival any 5 star property with their customer service. The included breakfast had great variety and new fruits to try! On days when we had an early morning tour we were provided with a takeaway Bahn mi. The laundry service was also very good and prompt. Access to a swimming pool after a day in the heat was most welcomed. If you are looking for a value for money property with exceptional customer service consider staying here.

Our room was actually in reception, which was quite noisy. We also expected the room to have a balcony but it was on the ground floor and had a garden area instead, it didn't feel very private because people at breakfast could see into the garden, so we didn't use the outdoor space. When booking the room there were pictures of a balcony, so this was a little disappointing.

The reception staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly! Security staff are very friendly too! Rooftop pool is lovely and lit up at night. Our room was very spacious and clean. There are free bikes to use and you can arrange scooter hire with reception. We even got our washing done and it was very cheap, it was also returned to us on the same day and we were so impressed by the price and speed! Breakfast is very good too! Location is quiet and not too far away from Hoi An Old town or An Bang beach.

Everything was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to arrange my transfer from Da Nang very quickly. They also suggested many useful tips and location for my exploration of the city. I also like the breakfast options. The area is quiet yet very accessible, you can walk to the city center by foot or use Grab or free bicycle. You can also get to the beach very quickly. Would definetely recommend it to my friends!

My only suggestion is that if you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs. I stayed on the first floor, and at at times you could hear activity at the reception desk or a generator outside. Not a dealbreaker at all though.

Really lovely property with beautiful rooms and furnishings, located a short bike ride or 20-min walk from historic old town. The staff is truly wonderful, kind, helpful and full of recommendations. The breakfast is also very exceptional—you order from a robust menu the day before, and your dish is prepared when you arrive to breakfast, with light fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal and beverages also available.

It was perfectly situated in between Hoi An and Da Nang, the staff are super helpful and willing to cater for whatever you need, and the room is as beautiful as the pictures. Thank you for a wonderful stay, 100% recommend!

The location is good because you are outside of the hustle and bustle of the old town, however, it is still rather far from the city center so keep in mind that you will have to walk or order a grab taxi to get to town (~5-10min car ride, cabs are very easy to get). I unfortunately had a room right on the ground floor next to the reception and breakfast-area, and across the road. My balcony was directly in front of the bicycle garage… so I had the curtains shut for privacy the whole time. It was quite noisy because of the room’s location, but I imagine other rooms would be better. (My room was ‘garden view’ I think)

The staff was very kind and greeted me by name every time I came back to the hotel. They also helped me with any kind of question and bought my ticket for the memories show. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the rooms looked cute as well.

The only suggestion I would have is to put some felt protectors under the chair legs in the rooms . They are quite heavy and if someone moves one in the room upstairs it's really loud , but they are too heavy to lift so they have to slide . The room and staff and location and value etc etc all get 10/10 from us. We'll definitely return.

OMG where do I start ? This has to be the best hotel we stayed at in vietnam. The room was just gorgeous, the whole hotel is just like the photos , shiny concrete and lime stoned walls , floors and ceilings. Very clean , gorgeous balcony and vegetation. The beds were super comfortable. The shower had great pressure and was a really nice space . I really can't say enough good things about this place , the staff were all really lovely and work so hard at making you comfortable and happy . It is in a quiet location 15 .inutes easy walk to the busy area . We rented scooters and got around on them easily. The breakfast had lots of options as a buffet and also a la carte for cooked items that you can order the night before . It was all delicious. Thank you to all staff , especially. I can't forget the roof top pool . Wow that was such a lovely addition . Its usually cooler up there in a breeze . We cooled down in it at the end of the day every night .Lisa for all your hard work and caring . There's also a large mini mart right next door for any snacks and beers etc , very handy

Excellent stay at an affordable price which even included breakfast and free bicycles for use. Staff are so welcoming and friendly that went over and above which made the stay even better. The room was clean and comfortable and not to mention cute and I was very surprised again given the affordability. Staff also helped organised activities, scooter hire and cheap laundry that was done daily too. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if ever back in Hoi An.

A number of rooms face a street that is quite busy and a little noisy during the day, and has a karaoke place a short distance away across the road, which thankfully closes around midnight, we had one of those rooms. If you wanted to spend a day in your room rather than go out, I’d suggest you do not book one of the street-facing rooms.

Lisa and Ten were absolutely brilliant. So lovely and really looked after us. The local tips they can share are well worth knowing! Room was very comfortable and clean. Good breakfast and pool. Free Bike rental very useful as the walk to old town is about 20 mins or so. Mini mart next door great for snacks. Very good value for money, would 100% stay again.

The breakfast was phenomenal, they serve many options for main dishes such as Hoi An specialties along with a variety of eggs, and pancakes. They also have a buffet of fresh fruits, strong coffee/tea, yogurts, cereals, toast and jams to choose from. The staff were so welcoming and take time to know you and your needs during your stay. They were wonderful guides during our stay. Lastly, they provide free bicycles which was ideal for getting into the old town or to the beach!

We had a great stay here. When we arrived we were served some juice and received many helpful tips for our stay. The recommendation for the tailor was indeed great. The room was like the ones on the pictures and was very comfortable. Breakfast was also good with sufficient vegetarian options. You can choose for example between fried rice or noodles, eggs and pancakes. In addition you find bread, pastery and plenty of fruits which are very delicious. The location was also very good. It was easy to walk to the centre and we did that every day. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back one day.

The hotel is located near a quite busy road. However, in my room (junior suite), you will not be bothered by this and the location is in between the beach and city center which is great.

It can be a bit noisy, sounds from the street. But I got used to it after a night or two.

Nam An Mama Villa is a well designed and beautiful place to stay. The bed was great and the staff is really nice. Muoi and Lisa made me feel really welcome and can help you find whatever you need. Good value for money. It's situated between the beach and the old town. You can choose your transportation as motor/bikes are available. Or just walk and take in your surroundings. :)
