It was very well located and easy to reach from the city centre.
The Antica Dimora Mantova dates back to the 17th century and offers beautifully restored accommodation with modern facilities in a convenient location not far from Mantua train station.
Attractively located in the Old Town district of Mantova, Cà Uberti Palace Hotel is set 300 metres from Ducal Palace, 300 metres from Rotonda di San Lorenzo and 300 metres from Piazza delle Erbe.

great location right in the heart of mantova, staff was very kind and informed me on time about the possibility to get a 25 hours pass for car parking at just 5 euro. Public parking is right behind the hotel.
breakfast was exceptional: set in a beautifully decorated room which overlooks the main square, it had top quality products and good variety of sweet and savory options for just 15 euro each extra, which i found fair.
Big room with very nice bathroom and walk-in shower. Bed super comfortable, A/C nice and silent.
Staff was very kind.
A design hotel set in a 19th-century building in Mantua, Casa Poli offers stylish rooms, a courtyard garden, and free Wi-Fi throughout. The city centre is 10 minutes’ walk away.

Casa Poli is a great hotel with a very good location. Amazing breakfast, clean rooms and friendly stuff. I chose a single room with a single bed which was a bit small, but overall great stay.
Situated in Mantova, a few steps from Rotonda di San Lorenzo, Grand Hotel San Lorenzo features accommodation with free bikes, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace.

I had the opportunity to visit the main attractions, but I'd like to do the boat trip.
In the weekend I was there, there was also a special initiative "Mantova fiorita" with some flowerists in downtown with Mantova flowers and plants which gave a colourful booster to the town!

The city is beautiful, clean and very well run.
The city is beautiful, clean and very well run. Free parking on the edge of town and free shuttle service into centre. For us, it's the city itself more than its many museums and sights that makes the visit worthwhile: wonderful parks, lake-shore, squares and old streets only a short distance from the bustle of the main tourist axis. You can walk pretty much everywhere but the public transport system is good. The free shuttle will bring you from the centre to the Palazzo Te (1.5 km from the Palazzo Ducale). To be honest, I preferred the huge park and its cafés to the palace itself, which was full of school tours that day!

Mantova has been the biggest surprise of our 8-day trip through Tuscany and its surroundings. We came here at the insistence of friends who live in Italy, and we are thrilled. The city is beautiful, with impressive architecture, monumental squares, and a lively atmosphere that pulses through its streets. There aren't too many tourists around, which makes it even more appealing. We happened to arrive at a momentous time when the Mantova football club secured the top spot in Serie C, and we witnessed the celebrations and festivities throughout the city center, adding to the vibrant feel of the place. A culturally rich and safe place with excellent restaurants, interesting people, and opportunities for a longer stay. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful city with plenty to see for a few days and much longer could have been spent just wandering the historic, cobbled streets and enjoying the plentiful restaurants, cafes and bars. It was off season so quiet - not crowded like Verona. We visited the theatre, of which there are several, and most of the sights, but 2 days wasn't enough time to cover everything. No car needed - walked everywhere. Train station was very central.

Amazing town, small, but with a lot to see and enjoy.
Amazing town, small, but with a lot to see and enjoy. A mixture of Emilia and Lombardy culture, especially about food, but with its own local exclusivity. I wonder why I've never visited earlier in my life!
The room was spacious, with beautiful inlaid wood floors and large windows facing the courtyard, so also quite quiet. The hotel is steps from the train station, so very conveniently located for arrival and departure while a broad quiet street accessed from the entrance opposite the station takes you on a 10-15 minute walk to centro storico with its many monuments, shops and restaurants. I did not have the time to eat at the hotel, however the coffee bar off the lobby offered a handy espresso. Well worth a visit!
We were bike touring and just needed a place to lay low for a couple of days. The apartment was perfect. Much more spacious than a hotel room, and the kitchenette had everything you would need with all the little extras like salt and olive oil. The grocery store was nearby. The location in town was excellent and close to Palazzo Po. Our hostess was superb – very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!
Such a beautifully renovated old palazzo with totally fresh interiors and modern bathrooms. Absolutely loved our stay. Wish we could stay longer! mantica is wonderful and this is perfectly located in between Centro and Palazzo Te. The rooms on the first floor are absolutely stunning. Oh and the water pressure is heavenly! Fast internet. just a dream! We loved staying here and will be back!
Overall, it was a great experience. Appartment is beautifully maintained and equipped with all daily household, kitchen crockery / appliances and other necessary things. Great location, appartment management was really helpful with prompt response. Location is also excellent, almost in the middle of the Mantova, Centrum and approachable to nearest train station (almost 12 - 14 mins walk).
The hotel is a restored property that maintains the essence of the time it was constructed. It has homely living areas and a breakfast room where you can share your meal with other guests. All rooms have contemporary artworks. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious. The hosts were very attentive.
Mantua is a small city and the property is within walking distance of everything.
The hotel is located in the well-known historical square. Our room has a balcony with an excellent view. Our bed is very comfortable. The ensuite bathroom is spacious and clean, equipped with a walk-in shower and plenty of hot water. Breakfast is included with fresh sandwiches, yogurt, local pastries, fruit, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Palazzo Arrivabene was a dream place to stay. A beautiful palazzo, with a wonderful interior, and very clean and stylish too. Claudio and his mother are immensely charming and their help and breakfasts were wonderful. There is no better way to discover Mantova, or any other city in the neighbourhood, than by staying in this place.
Beautiful remodeled old building, fully functional, close to Mantova historical center. It was like being lodged in an ancient location, but with all commodities of the present, we really enjoyed it. Chiara gave us all the hints of the place , including parking in the streets around the B&B. We had no difficulties to find a spot.
The host was very nice and welcoming, i liked the apartment but we didn’t stay in the one that we paid for, we were relocated because of AC problems in the first one. The location was nice because it was in the centre of Mantova and we found many cozy cafes and restaurants, as well as churches and gelattos.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking garage is very secure. Hotel location is perfect. Good breakfast, fresh brioche in different flavours, also biological and allergy friendly options. Comfortable and clean rooms with a lot of space and nice views, if you have a room on the front at least.
Mantova is a fantastic city! WAUW! que bella! the hotel is located in the city centre, easy to reach ... not super easy to park the car but that's only a little effort for what you get in return. the hotel looks brand new and we had a giant room with kitchenette ... i guess it's ideal for long stayers.
Very friendly, informative and helpful host. Great location in the centre of Mantova. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The railway station is within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants in the area. I'd recommend Trattoria Al Portichetto.
Fantastic apartments at a beautiful location in Mantova. Spacious, clean and cozy, total surprise, both the house and the town. Mateo is perfect host who even helped us with a garage for our car.
Lovely modern hotel, very helpful staff within easy walking distance from the historic center. Delicious breakfast and parking garage (extra fee for parking).
