It was peaceful, grounds were beautiful, pool was fabulous, had tennis court but didn’t have a chance to use it.

Great location, easy check in. Very comfortable bed and a great little set up. It was a great stay and we had friends stay a few doors down . We both really enjoyed it

The room's very spacious and the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen pantry has everything you would need for a short stay. Location was very good, we just walked from the motel to explore the shops in town. There's a nearby café that opens early for a good brekky. Check in and check out was so convenient as there's a key box outside every room, so collection and surrender of room key is very quick and easy.

One of my favourite places to visit!
One of my favourite places to visit! I live in the city (Perth) and not nearly enough people are as friendly and conversational as they are in Margaret River. The beaches are absolutely beautiful and you’re surrounded by nature.
You must visit the Margaret River Chocolate Company, Wow Illusions, and the Margaret River Sweet Shop. And make sure to stop in at Cowaramup on the way through!
Some of the roads are a little iffy, but majority have either been updated or are getting updated as we speak.

Beautiful scenery and wilderness to explore.
Beautiful scenery and wilderness to explore. Incredible wineries, breweries and a great distillery to check out. Excellent food options, and unbelievable coastal vistas. Go bush walking, enjoy the beach!
Only downside is things can be a bit pricier than in a big city - ie: groceries, meals out etc. But that's a fairly minor complaint, and something to be expected.

This is a lovely town, but be aware it really exists just because of tourism. The vast majority of shops are there to support that, so gift shops aplenty! It’s worth a visit for an afternoon, or stay there, or locally, as a base, but in itself is rather limited.

Great little town, easily walkable, with many good places to eat and drink. Lots of good shops too. Close to lovely beaches, forest walks and many wineries. A very good location for those that enjoy the outdoor life and good food.
This feedback is little delayed, but I wanted to make sure I don't rush it. What can I say? Our stay at Lilly Pilly cottage was absolutely Marvellous!! The cottage is located at the very heart of Margaret river and within reach of wineries, beer farms and restaurants. Looking for the zest that comes with a adrenaline holiday break? Peace tranquillity that comes with it? ( I know it's hard to imagine this can happen at the same time & place) then Lilly Pilly cottage will offer all these plus more!! We will be back!
The caravan park is well maintained in a great location to Margaret River, only a short walk to the main street. The facilities are well maintained and some small activities for kids in the park - bouncing pillow, playground and a small pool, as well as plenty of BBQ areas. The cottage we stayed in was well kept with a kitchen and lounge area. The park was very quiet at night which was a bonus, and was surprising because it was school holidays
Location is perfect, we walked everywhere from the house to margaret river town, walked to dinner, shopping, pub all of it... Secured back yard for dogs and close to walk trails, everything you could have needed inside the house and quite secluded being the rear unit. Bedrooms are neat with ceilaing fans and there is an aircon in the main living area. Its is definately a fair price for good accomodation.
My wife and I had a great visit to Margaret River and our stay at Riverglen Chalets was an important part of it. The cabin had been recently renovated with clean modern Kitchen Bathroom and Bedroom yet it retained its rustic charm. Location was convenient to Margaret River and surrounding areas. Hosts were responsive and helpful. I can highly recommend Riverglen Chalets to fellow traveller.s
Perfect location in the centre of Margaret River, close to cafes, restaurants and shops. It is also very close to the national park walks along the river. An easy drive to the nearby attractions of the wineries, beaches, lighthouses and caves. We really appreciated the high end appliances and attention to detail in the rooms. The daily fresh bread and (real) milk was a treat.
It’s modern and yet located in a forested area. Central location to explore Margaret river and near to supermarkets. There are ample space in the house for everyone. Wildlife outside of unit. Upon arrival, we spotted a kangaroo. In the mornings (abt 7+am), there are lots of kangaroos 50m to the left of the house. Dishwasher is available which is fantastic.
Location is perfect to roam around Margaret River on foot. The house has large living areas, kitchen well stocked with cooking appliances etc. Bedrooms are good size, beds and pillows are comfy. Fireplace was set and ready for lighting, just wasn't quite cold enough to waste the wood but it would have been a feature in the Winter.
The location, right in town and close to river was perfect for walking, especially to many cafes, restaurants and shops. We wanted to explore the many attractions in and around Margaret river so did not intend to spend the day in the room. So the room we had 'the Cabin', although very cosy, was exactly what we were after.
The wilderness house is a lovely quaint B&B. The room was spacious and had a fresh feeling the bathroom facilities were clean exceeding my expectations eg a hair dryer , shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Clean large bath towels. Gail the owner was accommodating and was not in our space which was wonderful.
Peaceful surroundings in bushland approx. 5km from Margaret River township. Full facilities for a self contained stay. Relaxing environment. A wood burning heater gives a 'cosy night in' vibe on chillier evenings. Kangaroos roam near the property to help create an 'at one with nature' bushland experience.
The house was cosy and perfect for our needs. The area was super quiet and close to Margaret River city center. The house is equipped with everything you need. There is a lawn with a patio in front. Can drive one SUV inside the property equipped with a porch.
We loved how close this stay was to the main town. We walked down for food or groceries every day and it was nice. About a 5min walk to reach the main town. Super convenient. Comfy and quiet house.
Guest house is really clean and modern. Great location with ocean and perfect sunset view . Beaches, Ocean front cafe, Restaurant just 2 minutes away. Perfect for both couple and family getaway.
Great location near Margaret River, bush setting, comfy rooms looking out on the bush garden, clean, homely, friendly owners, nice continental breakfast with lots to chose from.
Very cosy, and clean. Super comfortable! Great attention to detail. Beautiful garden. Excellent location for walking to restaurants and stores in Margaret River.
