Check in possible until 11pm without engagement of the owner at the place. Given instructions were clear.

Enjoying a location in a residential area of Sibiu, 20 metres from a bus stop, Pension Artemis features 2 large and fully equipped shared kitchens, a courtyard with a covered terrace and barbecue... We really enjoyed our stay at Artemis. Staff and owner were extremely polite and considerate. We would definitely come back next time. Excellent value for money.
