We really enjoyed our stay here for 5 days. The building is new, room is exactly the same as photos, we found the room super clean and the mini kitchen is very useful. This residence will be our first choice for future visits.

Warm and helpful reception staff. Generous size of room (1 bedroom superior apartment). This was a mezzanine bedroom above a lounge area with sofa bed, so easily fitted 3 adults, and there was just enough privacy that for a short stay, it served us enough like a 2-bedroom place (other sizes were booked out). The apartment was clean and the beds large and comfortable. There was plenty of storage space and a large dining table. We were able to arrange late checkout for an extra 20 euro so as to be able to leave at the right time for our train. The Cinémathèque Française is only a 20-minute walk across the river, and the métro stop is nearby. There is a supermarket not far from the property, several cafés, etc. Really helped to have 2 bathrooms (one upstairs over a bath, one downstairs with cubicle). The Bercy park is over the river too and a pleasant place to walk on hot evenings.

Location is perfect. just 2 mins walk from train station. Staff was really helpful. They did early checkin as we had an infant with us.
