Absolutely amazing! Do not know where to start… The booking and checkin was smooth and no contact, the staff through the messages was very helpful. The hotel is new, warm, looked like we were the first ones to live in the room. The room was enormous :D if you compare to other rooms in Paris. There’s also a big elevator if you have lots of luggage. The interior is very stylish, even the kitchenware. In the kitchen you will find everything you need (but actually you do not need to cook as you can find a lot of restaurants and grocery shops at walking distance). The first morning it was a pleasant surprise to find some croissants and juice by the door! Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, the linen and towels soft. In the bathroom the shampoo and shower gel are in big bottles, that reduces the plastic waste from small ones. There was even the iron and ironing board. The metro is a couple of minutes by foot, 15min walking to Port Maillot, 25min to Arc de Triomphe. Safe neighbourhood. Happy that found this hotel at discount price and will definitely return on my next trip to Paris.

Beautiful, spacious and newly renovated apartment with large French door style windows. Very secure building. Located on the 4th floor with a small elevator and stairway access. Courtyard view. Comfortable king-size bed. [Note: I have a bad back and I was very comfortable with no issues on this bed.] Awesome shower with rain-style showerhead and hand-wand showerhead; good water pressure and lots of hot water. The small sink has two large drawers below it to stow bathroom articles (which was very convenient). Beautiful faux wood tiles throughout with a wool rug in living room and pretty comfy couch. There is a nice little kitchenette with large refrigerator/freezer, stove, and sink. There is a pull-out couch but, the master bedroom is separated by wall with an interior window (with curtain) which would give visual privacy (when curtains closed) but, questionable sound privacy. [Note: I was alone so not sure.] Large flat screen TVs in the living room (worked great) and smaller flat screen in the master (didn’t use). Wi-fi worked great. Lots of closet space to stow luggage. I loved that the building was immediately next door to a grocery store and across the street from a pharmacy. There is also a take-out Chinese restaurant immediately across the street with a delicious selection. It was about a 10 minute walk to the metro number 1.

Amazing helpful staff, clean room and facilities close to train and supermarket. We have travelled all around the world and never came across such helpful and friendly staff as Ahmed and Sofane. If only all places were as client focussed and as good as this.
