La Résidence Arles Centre offers self-catering accommodation in Arles' historical centre, 150 metres from the Rhone River and 450 metres from Reattu Museum. It's in a good location. You can visit the Rhone River, Gogh-related attractions, amphitheaters, and cathedrals on foot. The staff is kind. He carried my bag and told me about supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Recommend.

Communal garden looked lovely, but in September was a haven for mosquitos in afternoon and evening, so to be avoided, but we had no time to sit and relax, as there was so much to see in the area. Stes. Maries sur Mer well worth a visit, with many good value restaurants, also the Parc Ornithalogique next door for bird enthusiasts. The Camargue has a special atmosphere which has a very calming effect, especially for animal and nature lovers.
