The kitchen-living room is very spacious with patio doors opening on to a private patio and grassed area with a large timber table and chairs. The bedroom / bathroom is very spacious and includes a large walk-in shower There is a separate en suite toilet. The large bed is very comfortable. High quality linen, towels, furniture, etc. throughout the property. The property is very well equipped. Very safe off-road parking is available directly outside the front door. The wifi, heating and hot water were excellent. The property is pet friendly and our small dog enjoyed his stay and walks in the surrounding area. We will definitely return and we highly recommend this property and its lovely host.

Our room was very spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. AC worked very well, the shutter made the bedroom dark, and we slept very well. The lady at the front was very friendly and explained everything for us to know.

Such a fantastic house with everything we needed. Lovely rooms - each with their own bathroom. Tastefully decorated and the perfect location in which to explore Chatres. We absolutely loved it. The host even booked an emergency dental appointment in Paris for a problem. The owner and his family were very welcoming. They will organise bikes for you to go to Chambord or along the Loire. Apartment well-equipped and maintained. Location just a few metres from the Loire and the village has a couple of good restaurants and bars and all the essentials.
