Loved everything about this Aparthotel. My daughter and I stayed in a 1 bed apartment. The apartment was well designed and spacious. Location was perfect for a short stroll to the Old town and all the popular sights. Very close to all the best rated traditional Polish restaurants which we loved. Staff were very polite and friendly. Hearty breakfast in the attached cafe which was a nice touch to the stay. Highly recommend.

The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable and the linen smelled so good. Everything was just right. The reception crew were very forthcoming and friendly, and offered good tips around.

Staff seemed new as weren't sure of one or two things but very willing to find out and willing to help, assisted with suitcases as small flight of stairs. They even had umbrellas for the day it rained. would happily stay again and recommend.

Location, view, breakfast, service were just great! It was very close to Terma Bania and the mountains. Also different shops like Rossmann or Biedronka were 5-10 minutes on foot. Personnel was kind and friendly, breakfasts were tasty and various so all could find the food for them.

This hotel was a really nice surprise and I think is the best place I ever booked in Krakow so far. It is located very close to the main square, 5-7 minutes walk. The rooms are spacious, clean, the bed and pillows are super comfy and the furniture is good quality. In the room you also have a mini-kitcheh, with everything you might need if you want to cook something fast (not the case, but who knows). The bathroom is also very clean and modern, with no nasty smells. Another major surprise was the breakfast, first of all because they start serving it at 7 (useful for people who are in Krakow for work or need to leave early), second of all because of the large choice of food and how tasty the food is (honestly, is more like a brunch).
