He give us all neccesery infomration plus a lot of inoforation about places we should visit. He wast alway availybal on his phone and we coud call him everytime. As guest i really feeld that he cares asbout his job and guests. The room was over expectations. The pentry and big table was perfect for that evening we don’t was on the street :) If i will retur to Palermo, It doesn't matter if it's with family or friends, i will defently stay at Palazzo Ventimiglia

Everything was wonderful. The location is perfect for exploring the city, but in a quiet area. The apartment is exceptionally clean and the bed really comfortable. But, the best thing about this place is the hospitality from Angelo. He is unbelievably warm and helpful, from offering loads of recommendations, to facilitating a late check in, to finding economic transportation to the airport. We felt very cared for in our time in Palermo, which is a great gift. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Angelo and Francesco for the support. Good luck with everything.

Even though it was self-check-in, the host was very sweet, gave recommendations about where to eat, etc. The apartment is in the centre, close to important sights, markets and restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable. There wasn't any problem with the hot water, which is a bonus! The stairs in the building are wide, not steep, so the apartments are easily accessible. The kitchen is very well-equipped, the fridge-freezer has plenty of room and there is a washing machine, as well. Water and delicious biscuits were waiting for us on the table, which we found very kind after a long journey.

I love that my apt was clean and new, the spa tub was awesome and so was the shower…the bed was incredibly comfortable with a memory foam type mattress and gel memory pillows. I slept amazing! My host, Stefania was incredible. She went ABOVE & BEYOND the role of a host to make sure your stay is perfect and comfortable. Having Stefania at your disposal is like having your own personal concierge. One full day after our check out, she still reached out to make sure we were having a great time in ANOTHER city (Cefalu) and sent me a bunch of recommendations for restaurants and activities. 🤯 Do not hesitate to book this review room you will not regret it :)

Thank you Natalia! It was one of the best experiences we have ever had! Everything you could dream of was in the nice appartement. Host was super helpful and caring, we do miss the attitude and supplements of the flat had - now that we are in Catainia. Everything was in 11-17 minutes walking dsitance, the attractions. Supermarket Conad almost around the corner. Car was also comfortably parked at Orlando parking house, walking distance of max 10 minutes. Dont expect to find any parking on the street, busy always;).

Has a balcony, kitchen, nice bathroom, lots of towels. Only some shower gel was missing. Check in was clear and easy. Great location as its only 5 minutes walk to Quattro Canti.

Az apartman a felső szinten van, így nyugalmasabb, ha pihenésre vágyik az ember, de egyetlen perc alatt a forgatagban találhatja magát, ha ahhoz van kedve. A tetőterasz csodálatos, mi nagyon szeretjük az ilyet, amikor a város házainak tetőit lehet körbe látni, emellett a tengert és a hegyeket is. Tágas terek a lakásban, több helyiség, igazán kényelmes. A főbb látnivalók és a belváros néhány percnyi sétára van.
