Big balcony in a quiet area with choices for restaurants and supermarket is within 5minutes walking. Communication beforehand was immediate and during our stay every staff member was kind, especially Sara who always greeted us with a smile and offered us great information. Bus station within 5 minutes that brings you to Rome must see places. Definitely recommended and will stay there again when we come to Rome.

Great location, near to Spanish steps, few steps from shops. Room was clean, whith all that you might need, service above expectations, warm and friendly! They even put in the bed for my dog!

The Ripetta 25 Prestige Rooms is a modern guest house, 150 metres from Rome’s Piazza del Popolo and a 7-minute walk form the Spanish Steps. Its apartments offer views of Via di Ripetta or the internal courtyard. We just stayed at 25 Ripetta for 4 days 3 nights and it was amazing. Paul was very accommodating to pur little family's needs. From check in he offered anything to keep pur 1 year old safe in the room and provided so many snacks that he enjoyed and brought along in our trip. I highly recommend this property to families. Such a great location -literally in the middle of all tourist spots. Thanks Paul, from the Samsons.

Civitavecchia is a most pleasant surprise.
