I loved this location. It was the exact vibe I was looking for. I wanted a quieter, beachy, low-key feel as opposed to the busyness of the city. Great place close to Tampa Convention Center (10 min walk). Stayed there for a week for professional conference at Tampa Convention Center, that can be reach by 10 min walk. The stuff is always in the lobby and ready to help with any question. On the seventh floor nice pool with additional facilities around (like barbeque area, relaxation center and gym - open from sunrise till sunset). There are few restaurants on the same street, also a supermarket with additional fast food (soups, sushi etc.). 5 min walk to Channelside Bay Plaza (fast food nice area with outdoor/indoor seating multiple seating styles). 5 min walk to The Florida Aquarium and also 5 min to Amalie Arena if you come for a game. So, great location to all those spots.

The space, the furnishing , cleanliness of the apartment, ambience and aesthetics. Basic amenities provided was very helpful and made the apartment feel like home. Check in was seamless, Alysia yje host was fantastic. She simplified everything. Proximity to everything needed,from shops to the beach made the apartment location great.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Casa Cuba in Little Havana, Brickell, Calle 8 and 10 minutes to the Beach FREE PARKING is a recently renovated apartment located in Miami, 2.6 km from Marlins... We liked the property very much. It was clean and lovely. Everything for cooking was equipped. We also enjoyed the beautiful outdoor garden.
